Don't know if it's been mentioned but Fox says that Cogger has been training with Foran for the Dogs, with Wakeham on the outer.

At Souths he hasn't got those players so he has to pull finger which he won't of course. Bennett is the problem & he is enabling this lazy behaviour.....instead of dropping him & telling him you won't play first grade again until your attitude changes & you are fit he just plays him & tells him he's great. Robinson had no trouble dropping him at the Roosters so he got the message.
I don't know if he's lazy or just played 2 games at fullback and adjusting.

Wakeham will come back next week after Foran gets injured this week anyway.

Mitchell wasn't lazy at the Roosters as much as well managed. They literally never gave him the ball until they were 40m from the opponent's line, and that way he had the energy to be a strike weapon when needed. He won't get that luxury at fullback.

So, he was coached to take minimal hitups coming out of their own end?

Plugging him in at centre would solve the problem, since AJ could play fullback. He does slightly more work than Latrell coming out of trouble and supporting around the ruck
I agree this should of been done from the season start. Was just making lunch & on tv they were talking about him & they showed footage of Souths training & here's Latrell way at the back haunched over with his hands on his knees looking stuffed. Latrell is 1 of these players that takes half a season to get fit & his body shape is very different at the end of the season compared to the start of the season.

I was going to say the same. It seemed like part of the game plan at the Roosters for Mitchell and Manu to do very little work out of trouble so they were fresh for attacking situations

Yep, I think that was the general plan. Seemed to work ok.

I might have to sell Cleary now re RnT's team. I was relying on Wakeham playing while Cleary served his 2 game suspension. I could just go Wakeham to someone else but the options aren't great at that price range. I have to say this news is surprising because Wakeham looked good when Lewis was dragged at half time in round 2 & why would Cogger get picked when he wasn't considered in the first 2 games.

I bet Manu & Mitchell were stoked about that...getting paid big money to do no hard work & just score tries...money for jam.

I've gone with Best
I still hate the options at centre and he is one of the cheapest options with upside

A lot of the Latrell Mitchell laziness talk is just conformation bias and people looking for excuses to call him out for it. His stats are comparable to every other CTR
Its just when other players don't touch the ball, people tend to blame the man inside him for not passing instead.
He touches the ball as much as every other CTR, and makes a similar amount of tackles and run metres.
So if he is lazy, but can get the stats he does despite that, then its not a reason to avoid picking him in fantasy.
This is assuming he goes back to centre and away from fullback.
If he drops under $500k in cash then he is going to be extremely tempting. Barring a 1 minute injury affected score, can't see many other players with a proven average will drop that low in price

Thoughts on holding Burns vs Trading him to Aubbo who, if he keeps his spot, will be a keeper
