I am horrendously torn at the moment and every minute I lean towards a different option. I need someone in my 2RF this week.

    1. Williams, Walters & Brailey out for McInnes, Turbo & Hopoate
    2. Williams, Walters & Brailey out for Tedesco, Turbo & Hopoate
    3. Williams & Walters out for Yeo & Turbo

I like option 1 because I like McInnes.

Option 2 gives me a bit of leftover cash.

Option 3 makes me nervous because I'm not 100% sure on Yeo, but if he keeps this up it'll be a grand move. Even if he doesn't to the degree he is now, he at least makes money and hopefully scores well enough while doing it? Problem with 3 is I miss out on both McInnes and Tedesco for now, though. Added bonus in #3 is that I hold Brailey for at least one more price rise too.

Any clear winner in that jumble?

Most had other options to trade out instead, Fifita, Watkins etc. Also different when you know the player comes back healthy in 2 weeks.

Not sure how much McInnes has been discussed, but he just played a team that made the most amount of completed sets in history. Lots to look at stats wise there if someone wants to do the research, and he generally has 1 or 2 big scores a season, but unless you think the game has changed that dramatically with the new rules then he potentially settles in at a 65 average?

Aubbs dad passed away and that's why he was out, right? The club probably have said to him "we'll name you outside the squad so if you're up to playing you're in but if you're not up to it it's no big deal we've got you covered."

Aubbs is the ultimate professional and he'll play this week.

Defs handy, but paying a premium price due to his finish last year and the 91! Option B with Ted and Turbo potentially tonning up on the same weekend would be pretty handy as well.

Can you do Option 3 with Ted instead of Turbo? If not, then saving a trade with Option 3 anyway over the first 2 might pay off if Turbo can stay fit. Either way you've saved a trade to fuck him off when he gets injured Very Happy

Yeah I think he’s 100% playing and most likely starting. There’s no way their best clubman is getting dropped because his dad died. That’s despicable, even for the Roosters.

Cards on the table, if the Knights ever got kicked out of the comp the Roosters would be my team. Don't @ me.

I could probably do option 3 with Teddy but trading out Brailey instead of Walters. Good shout, but as much as I've hated owning him, I think I need Turbo at his price. Can't stand watching him play as a non owner too. New game structure might just suit him... Unless injured.

Well that was a lot to catch up on. I have no idea what I’ll do really. My head hurts!

With me being behind in the rankings and having already held Cleary I do not think I can afford to hold Lolo too. Who really knows with this bone bruising it could be 2 weeks and how will he go when he comes back?

I think I’d prefer Clark over Paix though.

I think it will be the case of a lot of Cleary and ponga owners mate with a mix of “not again” and too much cash on the pine with Cleary

Also Cleary was a suspension and it was known exactly when he would be back and healthy. Few unknowns with Tolo whether he will be back next week and how his knee will effect him going on

I mean this was the consensus opinion yesterday when team lists were released. Now it is the opposite.

Maybe the best course of action with Lolo is to drop him and then put him back in your team halfway through the round. That way you definitely waste two trades and definitely wont get any of his points for at least a week. That is the kind of consistency we need to steady the ship in a time of uncertainty like this

I'm personally tossing up between Yeo and Murray. Murray has bottomed out, potentially will move to lock and is arguably a perfect candidate to perform at an elite fantasy level in the current rules climate. Yeo looks very good and seems to be a consensus add though

Oh good. Overnight I went from 0 trades to 4 trades.

That’s the considered, careful, strategic approach I wanted to take this year. Good job.

    And that’s with holding Tolo.
