This question has really helped me focus my trade order.

    Just Lolo>Teddy

    If Aubo out Aubo>Yeo

If I want to make any other trades don't have to act until Sharks game or possibly Knights v Tigers

This assumes no pertinent info that Turpin is out long so go without Paix

Could've easily ended up on 50+. There were a few TA's gone begging where he could've put his winger over the try line. He looks dangerous and playing 6 puts the ball in his hands more which is good. Tries don't seem like such a far fetched thing for him either.

I did some over planning yesterday. I could write out a massive post on it but essentially I need to use 8 trades to generate $1.2m (milking cows)

Taumalolo to Ponga (for example) 'saves' one of these trades by releasing cash towards the 1.2m. I'm no worse off by using the trade this round.

We want the massive post and we want it now

Its been said, but we know that Cleary will be back next week and is not injured

Taumalolo might be back next week, or in 3 weeks, and may suffer from reduced workload when he does return. If you could guarantee me he'd start next week I'd keep him.
It is also cumulative effect of missing Cleary, just getting Ponga back, Aubbs named in 19, panic is setting in a little.

The community team overwhelmingly wants to keep him, so its not like there's more than a couple of rebels on here
In community team, I deliberately act more conservatively than I do in my own team.

In my own team I can calculate exactly what benefit I am getting for taking out Lolo. In community team, you dont have the same clarity of what the upside is as everyone would do things differently.

I want to bring him in for fear of missing out, as well as the cheap price that will soon escalate. But I do wonder if Teddy is the better option. Teddy is obviously in your final 17 but I don't see his purchase quite as urgent as Turbo. For me, I feel like I either buy Turbo this week or I pass on him this year.

Anyway, thoughts on if the new rules will help stamp out his really low scores?
I also have this dilemma this week. No idea what to do.

You wouldn't be saying you regret buying him if he was playing this week.  I brought him in last week too but you can't predict these things.

If I don’t bring him in I would be closing my eyes and blocking my ears this Thursday night. If it’s a dry track up there I think he’s going massive again.

Regardless of if Aubbo starts or not Aubbo to Teddy is on the cards.

I’m actually looking at having to use all my trades again this week. I don’t have the depth of squad to hold Lolo as I haven’t made enough money and Cleary is already out too. So looking at Lolo to Yeo who should still average 55-59 points from here on out. Mofo in for Walters and Shiba to S. Crichton.

I’ll have to conserve trades next week so if someone is out next week I may play with 16 if things get dire.

    Leaves me with

    Koro
    Haas Carrigan
    Lucy Yeo Katoa
    Moses Luai
    Capewell Crichton
    Teddy Pap Drinky

    Brailey Grant Fotuaiaka Rudolf
    JTB Magoulias Wiliame Cleary

If you’re in the top 1000 I’d say hold Lolo a week and see what happens. If you’re struggling rankings wise take the risk and punt him I say.

    I assume Pings = Ponga?

not interested in Capewell, or just don't have room to bring him in?

If Aubbs isn’t playing this week which CTR gets the nod?

Crichton or Best? Already have Capewell, guess I could get Crichton and hope the Panthers have a great season and they both benefit.

I like Crichtons goal kicking but Cleary will get that job back next week

    Yes Ponga, this keyboard...

Definitely not a priority Capewell, going to not touch centre as much as possible. Already given up on Blake, trading out this round.

Capewell not a CTR but. He is a 2rf. Were you all over Nikora and Bateman last year like Epstein was all over 14 year old girls.

It doesnt sound good for Aubo just listening to Robbos press conference. He said Aubo has been gone for a while but is a highly experienced player so can come back on short notice. Doesnt look good :/

Well no one acknowledged the first one haha so i thought I'd try again :pp: Yep I think he will be set and forget. I think his base will probably be about 30 but his ceiling as you have seen is north of 70.**

**as i type this I do not have him. I am trying hard to get him in this week though.

So far I am looking at:

    Shiba --> Capewell
    Aubbo --> Crichton
Walters --> Grant (I know fuck my life)
    Lolo --> Ponga

Leaving me with 487k in the bank... Allowing me to grab Cleary in next week no problem...

    Koro
    Haas Twal
    Katoa Carrigan Leilua
    Moses Mann
    Crichton Capewell
    Papa Ponga Turbo

    Rudolf
    Drinkwater
    Grant
    Hopoate

    Mag (yuck)
    Luai
    Wiliame
    Kennedy

    Does anyone have any thoughts?

One of the key decisions is whether you are spending one trade or 2 on Lolo. If you trade him out for a non keeper, then that's 2 more trades, 1 to brign Lolo back in, and 2 to cashout/upgrade the guy you've traded in.

Most people are probably trading him out for Haas, Tedesco or someone else they'd be targeting as a keeper anyway, sop its less of a wasted trade.

It depedns on what happens to Aubusson, but I should have the cash to bring in Haas and Mofo without losing Lolo, so I am now leaning towards holding, but I am concerned he misses additional weeks and/or comes back at less then top condition.

Its basically straight swap Lolo to Tedesco or not for me

I am only trading him out as I can bring in undervalued keepers this week that all have low BEs and are out of reach next week. Wouldn’t be trading him just for a different gun at full price.
