The Whare shout was me. I grimaced as I typed it but may have no choice.

In his Raiders days was one of those blokes I wouldn't start without because he was terrifying to not own

STAGGS IS OUT.
Also, this team is so fkn dumb. Apparently it has only just occurred to them that a winger and a half on the bench was a bad idea...
“The coach has been trialing a few different interchanges on the bench,” Glenn said.
“We have taken a long time to adapt and understand what’s the best style to play with the new rule changes.
“Through the middle we have been gassing out a bit so having another interchange (forward) will add some value to our boys.
“It gives them a way where they can go out for a 25-minute stint and work their hardest.
“Sometimes when you have two utility players on the bench, it puts pressure on the forwards to bust out big minutes.”

STAGGS OUT
Kotoni Staggs has been ruled out for the Broncos after pulling up with soreness in his hamstring after training yesterday. Very important to listen to symptoms here; soreness/tightness can be indication there’s a high risk of re-injury. Smart to play it safe.

If I wanted to spend 400k on a CTR I'd seriously look at it.
Fallen gun, DPP, whats not to love?
I like to shit my wife by saying we named our son after Duges.... he's named Joshua, not Dugan to be clear
When she was about 30 weeks pregnant with twins I got tickets to a Dragons game, that happened to be Duges first in the red and white. Was at WIN Stadium. I haven't lived in the Gong since 2006, so hadn't been there since they upgraded the Western stand. It was twice as big and about three times the gradient what it used to be. She had to waddle up 30 rows and is also not great with heights/vertigo.
I have never heard the end of it, even the fact the Dragons won 30-0 and Duges had a blinder has not softened the blow.

Herbie holding the centre spot makes things a bit more complicated with my WFB spot. Think I'm gonna go with Crichton on the bench instead running Niu/Herbie

Yep. Lomax back to CTR, Crichton to Bench and Herbie back to WFB for me. Wonder if he takes goal kicking or Isaako keeps it.
With Staggs out WAGS team has to cop Carrigan captain as he was VC.

Play JTB or Field?
Was planning JTB but he's only averaged 32 in his last 3 games.

Seriously though I’d play JTB.

Talau: WFB/CTR
Fermor: SRF/CTR
Cartwright: SRF/CTR
Lam: HLF/HOK (if he keeps that bench hooker role)
Most of these unlikely but there is a chance except Talau who should get it

I would say Fermor, Cartwright and Lam unlikely as Fermor and Cartwright are covering injuries??? I think and Lam probably won't keep a bench spot.

RTS for mine
If you were looking for HLF/2RF/FRF I like Corey Norman(JS risk), Nathan Brown(injury/suspension risk) and Taupau

- Hope this isn’t just a fluff bit by Glenn, but it is good to see them hopefully getting some time out and becoming a group again. If the bench is Paix, Flegler, Te’o, Jamil I would be a lot more confident those forwards come on and do a job! Hope to finally see a turnaround in form from the Broncs because it is getting sad. This article kind of says Milford is now just being told to do whatever he wants with Croft expected to run the show… Think this has been said a couple time but and nothing comes from it.:
- On Monday, Glenn said the players got approval from Project Apollo to "go off site and hit some golf balls as an active recovery session and it was amazing to get out of your normal environment".
"That started our week off great," he said.
"When you say ‘we are having fun’ it can portray that we are not out their working hard. The whole aspect of this week’s training was to get that culture and team vibe back.
"With 20 minutes to go and you are under the pump it doesn’t matter what you do at training but if you care for your mate you will turn up and do your job, and this week was about getting that self-belief and team spirit back."
