Just have to decide now whether it’s Hunt or Jake Turbo for Yeo or whether it’s a hold one more week and risk not having enough cash spare to move him onto someone decent next week.

Shame Panthers play last this weekend.

If he ends up playing CTR he'd be up against Lemuelu & O'Neill - could get a few tries Razz

Surely though MWZ wing and Naden CTR or Burton CTR & Naden wing are more likely

I think it's a bit of a kneejerk reaction trading Yeo based on another rumor that he may start at centre personally.

    Bump

Am I silly for thinking to get Papy back in?(I know it was probably sillier to trade him out in the first place) I can go Young and Clune to Papy and Starling, team would look like this

    Cook
    Haas Taupau
    Yeo Crichton Matterson
    Luai Cleary
    Talau Lomax
    Papy Teddy Ponga

    Koro
    Grant
    Niu
    Carrigan

    Starling
    Sironen
    HTF
    Averillo

I can probs hold him this week but if he plays at lock and goes sub 50 again my only options to bring someone in for him will probs be N. Brown or Hunt. Couldn’t afford Jake Turbo or a higher quality player.

Best course of action would be to ignore the fact you previously owned him

Do you think he is the best WFB you can trade in? Do you even need to trade in another WFB this week when Lomax is acceptable?

Either way your 18-21 is looking terrible so I would be very hesitant to get rid of Clune and Young before their peak now that you own both

Stephen Crichton has earned himself a reprieve into the starting side this week in place of Herbie who finds himself on the reserve list this week.

I've made the same choice. I'm telling myself it's based on match up and has nothing to do with last week scores

Bit of both. S.Crichton against Feldt/Marsters/Wright/Dunn. Herbie against Talau/Mbye/Lucy/Walters?.

Crichton is on fire lately, so he gets the nod.

Dunn should be a vast improvement on Drinkwater (defensively), but he'll be on the left. Probably better for Crichton running at Clifford anyway.

I’m putting Young as my 18th this week so that should guarantee him for a 50

Starting to think that maybe I could use Yeo to strengthen my team elsewhere as I already have Angus and Matterson there. Most of my trade ideas have revolved around selling Young or Luai with him but I can’t work out which one would be better keeping around?

    It's slim pickings.

I've been trying to decide what to do with Drinkwater..

Close to base there isn't much..

Kai O'Donnell - should see more mins but Ricky notorious for bringing rookies on slowly
Niu - assume you have him already (i have him so not an option for me), obvious pick if you don't own him yet.
    Field - Moses return imminent.
Fermor - most probably moves back to the bench when Proctor returns. (I already own him as well).

Few other cheap forwards on the fringes of the 17 that just don't look like guys who could score more than 15-20 points.

Then there's guys who have been better scorers in the past like Fusitua (supposed to be going home) or Rapana (just doesn't seem to have those scores in him still).

In my spot, I could go Havili or Butcher.. though I was hoping to free up more cash..

Leaning towards holding the trades. At least the Stink can't lose any more money now.

Funnily enough I punted Talau last week and its annoying he stands out as one of the better options to trade in. Won't do it though..

    No love for Moga?

If Penrith like someone said have easier games coming up then that does not bode well for Yeo to rack up a big tackle count.

    I think so

Thanks mate, much appreciated. I really like that 50 locked in before the round starts. 1/50 no c

Hopefully he gets some ball anyway. A bit of extra D work would be great too.

Is Yeo and Averillo to Hunt and Starling a smart idea? Team would look like this

    6 trades 200k bank

    Cook
    Haas Taupau
    Crichton Matterson Young
    Hunt Cleary
    Talau Niu
    Lomax Teddy Ponga

    Koro
    Grant
    Carrigan
    Luai

    Starling
    Sironen
    Clune
    HTF

Having that extra cash looks pretty good too as I could upgrade Luai in a week or too if needed. Thoughts?

Don’t mention it! Doubt he gets much ball. I just think it’ll be all tackling
