Is there any chance Mann moves to 9 with Hoy starting and Randall on the bench?

Are you confident Warriors keep score close enough for him to not get an early rest?

For weeks NSW basically had 0 cases outside of returned cases in quarantine
Now they are all coming from pubs, clubs and restaurants, many of which are doing little to no social distancing.
There's people catching COVID, then going out to eat in multiple restaurants before getting detected. There are multiple clusters developing and we are very close to having it explode out of control. Hopefully they manage to keep it contained, but returning top lockdown is a real possibility
In NRL terms, if players/officials can stay in their bubble then they have a degree of safety. But even if players themselves are safe - their kids are going to school, parents are going to eat in restaurants. Its not a foolproof situation.
Rumour is that we believe NSW has it under control, but VIC not so much.
The VIC part I believe. But I’m really concerned that others believe the NSW bit.
SadLad here reckons we’ve maybe another 2 rounds of footy. Could be 3, but seems unlikely.
Either way my save-trades strategy was misguided.

I'm an optimist too when it comes to stuff like this! I like to think that most people are informed enough and doing the right thing

I'm confident he'll be able to tear our middle defence to shreds, especially close to the line

From a purely fantasy perspective, I like the WFB soon to be WFB/HLF DPP cashout better!
Although seems Hoy is behind Crossland now?

They are both cheap and Randall in particular is a chance of ending up in my final 17 if he reaches his potential.
Knights have shown they like 80 minute hookers so if he shows he is capable I dont see any reason why he cant end up like that in a few weeks.
Its not who I want in 16 and 17 but given the position most of us are in, I dont think its the end of the world when I am happy with the other 15.
Also have Talau & Hammer who i can throw on the loop each week to replace on of those guys.
On Randall, the lad is 25 years old and is one of the fittest guys in the Newcastle squad, has a great workrate. With a bit of input from guys like Macca he could be a good shout.
He'll be capable of playing 80mins, but I would expect AOB to work up to that.

Might go with Luai> Siro/Randall this week. Bank the second and see what shakes from the Bateman/Twal tree this round.

The Pearce/Mann combo has been working for the Knights. I'm not sure if they are willing to change that up having someone like Randall available who is a 9.

Warriors players Eliesa Katoa and Selestino Ravutaumada have been banned from returning to New Zealand at the end of the NRL season.
Although both players have lived in New Zealand for numerous years and Ravutaumada has represented the country, they are not New Zealand citizens, with Katoa from Tonga and Ravutaumada Fijian.
They were given exemptions by the Australian Border Force to travel with the rest of the Warriors squad when they left for Australia on May 3.
But the club has been told by the New Zealand Government that neither player will be allowed to return to Auckland once the NRL season is over, because of coronavirus restrictions which block non New Zealand citizens from entering the country.

Fuck, that's harsh.
Katoa to literally any Aussie team then and he'll get a visa to stay in Aus?
Surely they can work this out before season's end.

Yeah, thinking the same. might hold Young. I'm slightly more interested in Randall now. If I trade him in over Siro he will have to be in the 17 though.

More worried about him subbing Talau out.
