Any ideas what I can do? I haven’t looked yet. My Nanna has dementia and it’s getting worse between seeing to her as best I can and working I haven’t had any time to look at options this week haven’t been sleeping well either. My Aunty is moving back from London in 4-5 weeks to be her carer.  Off to work soon should have a bit of time tonight and tomorrow on the train to Nanna I guess I can squizz over things!

I guess I could trade out Randall to someone under 493k or do Pap to RTS?

Anything else you see that I’m missing?

    Team is:

    McInnes
    Haas MoFo
    Lucy Murray Matterson
    Cleary Pearce
    Crichton Peachey
    Teddy Hammer Pap

    Hunt Carrigan Taupau Siro
    Koala Ponga Randall Niu
Hey mate sorry to hear about your Nanna. My nan had dementia for her last year or two and it was really hard. I'm not sure it helps but I still have very fond memories of those last 1 or 2 years seeing her, even if she didn't really know who I was. I'm glad you're spending time with her while you can.

I just realised I have Hetherington coming back next week. That's a nice green dot (hopefully). Hope he comes back with a better grip on his aggression, and plays more minutes from being fresh. Would bolster my weak 14-17 quite a bit if he could manage 40.

That's nice mate.  Maybe she knows she's taking the piss out of you wanting to go there all the time haha!!
Fwiw and I know I'm getting serious here on a chill forum, but as a Roosters fan since around '99, I'd burn all my jerseys if it meant getting another chance at a meal with my Nan. We don't realise what we've lost until it's gone, so it might be worth stepping inside that East's Club for a meal Rabbits (unless of course she is taking the piss haha - Nan's are quality like that).

Anyway I'm sure you know her better than any of us, enjoy your time with her!!

Have pencilled in Pap and Young to RTS and Gagai. Means I don't have to play HTF, get some CTR cover, get an early playing person for the last 2 games.

Feel free to talk me out of it though Smile

Alternative was Peachey/Brimson, but not sure about Peacheys JS and I prefer Rog.

Work has ramped up immensely in the last week so time for hobbies is at a premium. If anyone else is keen then have at it Smile

@Rabbits21 - as a Souths member who spent many a Friday night drinking bourbon and playing snooker upstairs at Easts Leagues before hitting the town, I think you're all good.

Work has ramped up this season in banner generation too. Almost every week someone cracks 100. No thought for our volunteer banner makers.

Also rabbits, I think its a bit petty to refuse to go to Easts Leagues.
Do you think the great rabbit in the sky is going to see you do it and revoke your right to Souths membership?

I've walked into multiple leagues clubs for opposing teams, and I'm sure most people on here have.
strangely don't think I've ever been inside Parra leagues, despite walking past it shitloads of times.

I do need another bourbon drinker to show up so I'm not "that guy" that ruins the round with spirits

Yep will be nice, yeah she remembered tonight oh that’s right you won’t go there lol.......

Then at night I’m off to BankWest to see the mighty Bunnies so a big day planned. Then on Friday I have to work for 10 hours and be supervisor of closing the store so a busy couple of days coming up, been a big week actually.

On a serious note be careful taking nan out in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney they way the Rona is, make sure she masks up. On a not so serious note, I hope after lunch she gets you to swing by City Ford to look at a new Ranger and then to Meriton Apartments to look for some new digs before a final stop at Bryden Lawyers to update her will. Hope you have a shit day and even shitter night.

    GO THE TIGERS

    Send nan our love.

Storm, Warriors & Cowboys only leagues clubs I haven't been to. Can also add Newtown, Nth Sydney & Souths Juniors to the list for bragging rights.

I’m sure I saw somewhere that Hetherington is staying with the panthers now and not going back to the Warriors, don’t see him cracking that team unless they rest some guys over the last couple of rounds
