Ponga is listed on nrl.com where I am getting it from as back rounds 1-4. Just depends on where you are sourcing the info from. Regardless of when he is back, Laurie is the better buy.rhinoceroo wrote:
Lol love how Ponga himself saying "round four, five.or six" and the 100% reliable reliable Neecastle reporter Barry Toohey saying "round five, give or take a week" becomes "certainly by round four and potentially round two."
If Hoy was in your drafts you'd be saying he would get at least until round six and potentially round eight. It's ridiculous.
NRL Fantasy 2021 - In my opinion, this is part 8

Really entertaining Tahs-Force game just then. Quality nothing on NZ, but still fun sport!

There are no sources that are perfect, but pretty confident that both the subject himself and the most trusted reporter are better than NRL.com.
Look at the thread title. It was named in honour of what you should be saying more so that newbies on here don't get misguided
(And thanks for the downvote again, btw, keep them coming)

The certainty is that Ponga replaces Hoy, which ever date it is, why Hoy is a far worse pick than Laurie.rhinoceroo wrote:

If you guys were going to start without one of them, who do you start without?
I would have Cleary over Teddy every time.

Mate Barry Toohey’s son is literally on the first grade S and C rehab team. He’d arguably have more idea than ponga himself
Missing 4 rounds and returning round 5 is still what I’m hearing. He will have a protocol to go through with boxes to tick but from my experience it all goes smoothly
Tex is a hard call. Laurie named to start will likely see him leave my team. If not hoy for 4 rounds and then turn him into gambling on the human hamstring tear would be the plan

Those starting with Hoy are essentially banking on a string of 40s, GK will probably help
Laurie a complete unknown in terms of fantasy potential, Laurie ideal for my 18-21 at base price I’m just expecting a little more from Hoy and a quick cash grab

Laurie scored 74 in the trial, decent even if it is his ceiling. Definitely playing him in my 13, looks like a great fantasy scorer. Very few fullbacks that aren't worth playing in your team, and he doesn't look like one of them.Welshy wrote:Those starting with Hoy are essentially banking on a string of 40s, GK will probably help

Jaelyn Feeney and Brad Abbey say hi. Nah, but Laurie does look the goods.

Kerr on an edge is suicide. He’s woeful on the edge.

Kennedy would have been last season's lowest scoring fullback with an average of 28. He never got near 74 all season.Mulvy wrote:

I've been hearing a lot about guys like Niu getting DPP when named in the CTRs for round one. Does this impact guys who already have DPP in positions that they don't really play e.g. Crichton (MID)/Peachey(CTR), like at what point would these guys potentially lose their DPP?

He isn’t quick enough laterally but Hook did some crazy things at the panthers

Don't think you can lose DPP.

I don’t think the system allows you to remove DPP during a active season. Imagine you have players in those spots and they wipe it off, will destroy the game.

Short answer and all that matters is: not this year.
