I like Panthers to beat Storm with their outs. Surprised Panthers aren't a slightly bigger favourite than they are.

Wow the Warriors! I've been low on them and the Rabbits this season but this week I'm pegging as the one where the Warriors get beaten easily. And agreed on the Panthers game, but I do hope it's a close game. Should be the match of the season!

I mean yeah they probably will but just a hunch they turn up this week after that piss poor game last round. Aitken & Egan decently big outs now though.

Went to bed at 23rd in last nights main game, woke up to finishing 10th, solid. Sadly it's the best finish for a few weeks. So close to 1st, one player would have been enough.

Nice one, cob. I killed it in the forwards and Flex, but this came at the expense of my backs, with whom I went with Edrick and Young, which completely killed my final score.

I had something similar last week. I don't actually remember where I finished in the Tigers vs Cowboys from last weekend but I was getting $1 back or so (I stick to the 50c ones if I can, lol). Logged in yesterday and noticed a solid boost to my balance, checked what happened and I ended up finishing up 9th in that contest. Was pretty happy with that. Must have got a massive boost somewhere unexpected in that one.

Yes it's pretty surprising sometimes the deviation in placement post updates. I recall last night at the death Herbie scored and I didn't have him so thoght I'll slide a little from 23rd. But didn't even move after the match, and then goes 10th o'night.

Best one was when Staines made his debut and scored 4 tries, I finished 6th or 7th, pretty good, then after updates = 1st ! Cheering.

Jagged a 9th and a 10th across the weekend plus a Rapid fire on Sunday afternoon Nrl.

Cabeman finished 16th right ? I bagged a 67th, but got the Rapid Fire again

Thats a bastard of an update, seems the dividing player last night was Clark @ 16% ownership.

I had Clark, but still tanked. Looks like going with McLean hurt as all others scored well/high. Skipping Lolo seems to have been my big error.

yeah i dropped to 21st then went back up to 16th, annoying that 4th would have been sweet.

Had a shocking weekend of Draftstars this weekend. Absolutely 0 results for me at all, in individual games or the round. Can't remember the last time I got nothing at all. Which is not to say I don't lose overall, as I often do. Win $2.00, lose $10 - that's my jam. But no wins at all this week.

Had a pretty nice weekend last weekend, though, which was cool.

Ah that sucks. I realised I'm atrocious at Draftstars if I play 1-2 teams randomly. Was making 10-30% profit from memory in 2020 and 2021 when I was using our model's projections and a customised optimiser.

Really looking forward to the Origin Draftstars contest, hopefully it's a big prize pool in the main contest!

Definitely not me. I had three teams and not one even got any kind of return. Bit of an ego whack when you get three cracks and can't even make one decent squad.

Didn't help that Coates was in two squads as an accommodator to bigger players, but unless he scored a hat trick wouldn't have really changed anything anyway.

Ah okay. Yeh the big Origin/Finals contests are always tough with so many entries per player. But I love them purely for the shot at the big $1-4k prizes at the very top of the rankings haha.

I tried to go with unique teams and had Paulo in 2 of them and Murray or Matto in 1-2 of them too literally thinking "If Yeo gets concussed, they'll go huge" and it might have paid off if he was taken off after that first tackle!
