Yes, but I bet the range isn't very high with those scores. Most backs with a 47 average you need to ride the 20's with the 60's. They may be scattered throughout the season, but there is something to be said of a player who will pretty much net you a fiddy without question* anywhere, anytime, any conditions.
*as long as he starts in the second row
