wow. Didn't expect that until after TLT/TLW.
Waiting now for final team lists.
News that is really going to hurt many teams and I can't confirm it, but I'm hearing that Parcell has done his hamstring and won't be ready until rd 2.
I can't find any confirmation so it may just be scaremongering.
I hope so, my team looked much better with him in it.

Apparently some bloke on Twitter (not me) had a chat with Jack Bird who said Barba would be fullback. Take that with a grain of salt however.

    Parcell worries me.

having there allows for guns elsewhere.

But assuming Koro is still around, which is pretty likely, what scores will he get. He might make $100k by round 10. An achievable result, but he'd still be under $300k. And its also quite possible that his scores won't be quite good enough to have in your 17, so you'll have to find someone else to be a reserve. And when you upgrade you'd have to find $200k from somewhere in order to get a proper gun in. Where is that going to come from? Just hope a new rookie appears by then.

shame, as if I have Parcell as 2nd hooker I can have a front row of Fifita, Woods, James Graham

OMG that Barba DPP have me an extra 151k for my forward pack. Wasn't that sold on Mann, but happy to have him as backup DPP half with my 3 rookie centres. Now Barba plays that role and my pack is bitchin'

Fingers crossed on the rumours of his fullback gig are true

If you're getting the better scores elsewhere I don't see it really matters if he's an NPR. The only issue I see is if your number one hooker gets a short term injury and you need to upgrade Parcell to cover the lost points.

Sangster predicts Feeney will get the knights FB spot ahead of Mamo. Likely?

I'm putting that Nathaniel Peteru in my side. Ive seen two separate interviews with Neil Henry both he says that hes tipping him to have a massive year. So I think that he'll be given every chance to succeed from the coach.

I only care about Tim Simona's personal life and I haven't seen much of Mamo just him playing.

I like Tim Grant this year, think he could do alright. Not huge numbers, but at 282k he might score 35-45 each week and be a reliable mid pricer.

Stockwell it really depends on how much work there is for him at the knights. I don't have a good read on this, but he seems like a good worker.

I'm considering both for my team, but I like Lawrence/Packer for about 75k less.

Also, apologies for living under a rock, but who are renegades? They wrote a prospectus (a link was up on facebook thru Lone Scout), just wanted to know if anyone knows these guys - particularly when it comes to analyses? They wrote 370 pages...

This is a problem. He could score like Moseley did last year. You'd basically have to pray and hope he scores a few 45+ scores in a row and ride that $$$ inflation. His price alleviates things though, 165k is low, but he'd probably want to be in the 17 at that price??
