BA has said Moses was close to playing this week and is a high chance of playing next week (2.5 weeks after injury)

My main concern with Moses and his injury is the chance of exacerbating it, teams will know he is ginger and knock him down on every kick, pain management is one thing, re-injure it and he's gone. I can't see him taking on the line. So, it will be down to kms for points.
Too many ifs in there for mine.
    Moses > Mahoney it is.
I'd rather carry Johnson until Cleary gets back and saves the halfback situation in my team.

Maybe Ponga needs a rest by then, or the other 16 players have all quit and gone belly-up.
I'm not sure, but we're all hoping the "easier" draw for the Knights over the remaining 6-7 games will mean they are all on and Ponga reaps the rewards of the forwards rip[ping in and the halves giving him good ball.

Ponga is still so young and had impacts of injury. He's such a great player and with more games under his belt he's going to get better and better.

Im hoping SJ will bounce back. Someone said his wife and kid have gone back to NZ. It would have been a tough week for him moving into the NRL bubble and trying to sort his family out.
If SJ struggles again this week against the dogs then he'll definitely be on my trade list.

    I'm going to hold Moses.

If he's back next week then huzzah. If he isn't then he becomes an easy trade option for Cleary's potential return.

I've got SJ, Moses, and Fog. If all were fit, I'd probably look to be trading SJ first given how he's looked of late. I'm sure whichever way I go with Moses, the opposite will happen. Happy to keep Fog, pretty confident he'll be back next week.

So, not sure if I'll trade this week or hold fire. It does mean that Radley and one of Hetherington/Verrills would be in my 17 (plus SJ as well).

It's this, just feels like a legit 50/50 dependent on injury luck.

Moses could be back next week and scoring 65 from here on out. Fog could be tentative with his hand - more 30s than 60s

    or

Moses could be out 2-3 weeks yet and then tentative. Fog could be back to 55 average next week like nothing happened to him.

or 100 scenarios in between those extremes.

I'm holding Moses because he feels like more of a final XIII player, but bracing for having to trade Moses after I already traded Fog.

Is there any better cashout option than Kobe Hetherington?

Billy Smith but he only has 3-4 games in him before Morris replaces him. TBH Kobe prob has a similar life span before Walter does another reshuffle

The call between the two as you say is legit 50/50. I'm back and forth but think the Moses injury could be worse than Fogs for the remainder of the season.

    I'm thinking the same.

Just looked at their injury adjusted averages (filtering 60+ mins) and Fog = 57.9, Moses = 61. Both keeper level, but obviously Moses preferable.

That nearly swayed me, but given the respective injury news I still think Moses is gone. Just gotta hope for more 90s than 30s from Fog.

Other thing is, next week Eels play Thursday and Titans play Sunday. You think that would increase the chances of Fog playing over Moses. Plus the matchup, I think I'll trade Moses.

Savagely turning the Allen key means I've too many centers.
    4.
And I'd be ok with 1.
So I can turn Avocado into Baloney. Which would make most sandwiches awful.
Or I can throw some Peaches down the Murray. Which seems wasteful.

    Hmmmm. Lunch suggestions anyone?

One or two bad peaches shouldn't spoil the rest of the bunch but avocado is simply no longer in season.

A mod on discord is saying SJ has admitted he’s carrying an injury and that’s why he’s not kicking or goal kicking as much. Apparently a quad tendon injury.

    I'm thinking

    Brailey > Mahoney
    Peachey > Murray

Leaves me with 2 trades left to get Cleary Back

it's the Grand Final of my H2H, so will only be playing for overall after this round. Throwing shit at the wall and hoping it sticks.

Re: SJ, its clear he's playing injured. Watch the Broncos game, he was stepping, running, kicking and everything. Then watch the 2 games since, he's just shuffling cards.

After typing that, maybe I just get rid of SJ instead of Peachey. Hmmmm
