Once you ignore the low minute bench efforts he looks a lot better, but at a superficial glance Trindall won't appear on the radar for a closer look.

Maybe people are worried about SJ coming back early,  or him otherwise going back to the bench, but all of that applies to Sexton too, so probably not a key factor.

TBH when I had a look (not that I'm buying) my assumption was that Trindall would actually cost a lot more than he does.

My theory for his lack of popularity would be, that as it's the last week of H2H for a lot of comps this week, people who have dropped off might have tuned back in to make some quick changes before the round starts thus the shift in captaincy stats and the popularity of a dude who is named to start, averages 72 and is cheap AF

The Top 10 are in decent shape this week, mostly. Which they would need because there aren't many trades left amongst them.

1st sitting pretty, 6th in most trouble on paper.

Players before trades
#1. 18 - last week looped Brailey and Leilua and could again!
#2. 18 - Dearden/Lawton 17th man loop?
#3. 17 - Brodie Jones 17th player
#4. 18 - solid 17 with Peachey/Avo CTR loop possible
#5. 17 - Verrills 17th, 18 if Fog plays
#6. 16 - includes B Jones
#7. 16 - solid enough for one short, Walsh/Avo/Burton weakest
#8. 18 - probs Verrills and Haumole loop
#9. 17 - Beale 17th player
#10. 17 - Burton 17th player

This is done by eyeballing so mistakes possible.

Very hard to take the (c) off DiFi off the back of a 100 and playing the Dogs, but I can't help feel that was a get out of jail free card if he's not playing 80.

Something about captian Haas just feels right, too.

DCE too far out of reach for me. Will have a crack at Ponga, Grant to hit those heights.

TU/TD thread is 3-1 in favour of Doueihi over Ponga. Where do others land?

Both have great runs home (Doueihi - Warriors, Dogs x2, Cowboys + Sharks and Panthers, Ponga Broncs x2, Dogs, Titans + Raiders and Sharks).

Didn't realise Doueihi was averaging 61 at 5/8 this year. Concerned he'll end up back at CTR at some point though.

If it sways things, Doueihi means I could get Cook this week too, Ponga means waiting next week to get Grant/Koro.

Gut still says Ponga.

Zac lomax has unfollowed the dragons on instagram and taken them out of his bio. From my diehard Dragons mate.

I really rate him and would love him at Souths,

Well I’ll make that 4-1 mate Ponga looks busted definitely carrying something.

On another note:

TU: hold 3 trades and hold Hynes
TD: sell Hynes and get Ipap or Mahoney but leaves just 2 trades left for last 5 rounds

Im extremely tentatively holding on to 3rd place in the VSDT comp, with only one trade that I had pegged to go from Hynes to Pappy. However my team got decimated by injuries and suspensions last week, so wondering if I should just pull trigger on a different trade in the hope that Hynes keeps the 1 jersey for the rest of the season.

I would have thought Hynes is preferred over Ieremia, with Smith moving to the wing, Hynes center.

Shame Ipap isn't running at sam walker. Would have been an easy smokey C for me.
