Just going to run some numbers on the effect of carnage this week:

Is this a reasonable list of players who will more than likely be out next week and are yellow dots on the app at the moment? Mainly focusing on high-ish ownership players. Let me know if I've missed anyone.

I wouldn't trade Turbo. The Sea Eagles official website said he'd be given every opportunity to prove himself fit for next week.

Media goes into hysteria, probably because with the finals coming up they won't be able to write Tigers hit pieces so instead they can speculate on Manly's season over to fulfil their quota.

    Last trade on Matto.

Can be anyone 755k or under.

Cook is probably the best option for squad balance, but I'm tempted to punt on Curran. Grant also interests me with the Titans, Eels, Sharks to finish. Don't think he'll be rested given how much time he spent out.

Yeah I now have an interesting conundrum. Do I:

A: Trade Turbo to Cleary before first lockout and captain him

B: Hold Turbo and trade to Cleary if he doesn't play, and captain DCE/Doueihi/Teddy this week instead

Depends on what position you need.

If it's hooker, Grant is the man (I rate him higher than Cook and he's also a huge pod, under 3% owned in the top 5k)

If you need a MID or EDG, Curran seems a good punt but the orthodox picks are Murray or Jackson

Short of Radley > Curran. So need to choose another MID to target.

So many options. Thompson, Twal, JDB. Maybe even Cheese

Curran is a very tempting punt. Averaging 63.3 in 7 70+ minute games this year. Still has the Broncos, Raiders, and Titans to come.

Since getting this current 80 min role in R18 he's averaging about 57 in base, so any attacking stats on top of that and he can go big.

Finished with a score of 990. Rank of 1413, I'll take that.

Could go Fog > Curran if he is still below Sexton.

Tempted to go Fog/Radley to Curran/Aitken and get Olam into the EMG and try and target his boom scores if needed

Jeez the mids drop off quick.

BSmith keeps getting the job done, but always wary of Storm this time of year.

I'd feel I was due some bad karma if I went with JDB Laughing

I like Twal, but his lack of attacking prowess might see his minutes jacked around with if games are close.

Thompson breaks my no Dogs rule, but averaging 55, so could do worse.

Does Klemmer benefit from DSaifiti's injury?

Final score of 1058 - solid result! 1826 overall.

Up against Filth in the mod QF qualifier. Unfortunately some eggs need to get broken to make an omelette.

1 trade left. Before trades with all the outs I can only field 16.

    Brailey
    Watson, Papali'i, Haas
    Murray, Fifita
    Moses, Cleary
    Schoupp, Aitken
    Walsh, Doueihi, Teddy

    Bird, Pearce, Verrills

    Turbo, Avo, Matto, CHN, Roberts

202k in the bank so I can trade Matto to anyone but I seriously can't decide yet where I'm weakest. Actually when you're down to holding on for dear life with just 17 for 3 weeks, does positional cover even matter lol.

Yeah he looks a good footy player.

Only saw the last 20 mins, but the last roll of the dice where he played eyes up and made a half break... better teams would've had someone on his shoulder for the offload.
Fitzy thinks he has potential, like all inexperienced halves, they need good players around them.

50th with 5 trades left could make a bit of a charge for it.

Also, no idea how you get into the top 1,000 with more trades left than you can spend! 317 and 661 with 7 and 8 trades left can max trade and still have a couple leftover. Crazy!
