I said it last time that you posted these, but I can't fathom getting into the top 1,000 with more trades left than you can use. Took all of my discipline to still run out in R22 and probably finish between 2000-3000.

In previous years it has been possible to have a winning score without making any trades. Just name a team in Round 1 and let her ride.

haven't looked at it for this year, but it might be worth checking what the best round 1 team is to see how you'd go.

I can bring in any player in the game to join my team this week.
I'm interested to see who others would pick?

    Thoughts on that theory @Rabbits21

If I know anything about Wayne Bennett, it's that he will try and give Taafe a very simple game plan.
They may run out their spine, just to keep some cohesion going into the finals.

The forward pack may have significant restings - I'm tipping: Burgess, Nicholls, Koloamatagi, maybe Murray even.

Koala been suspended anyway. Bennett could rest whoever he likes with 3rd the lowest they can drop to.

If Cleary gets a rest, he's an easy trade to Turbo. The way Cleary played though, he'll want to play to get some of his better form back.

Dropped 90 spots, sitting at rank 952

Non-Cleary owners got lucky this round... hopefully Nathan delivers a banner next week just to push me up the ladder a bit.

If I had a trade left, I'd bring The MILF back in.

Hudson young is looking the better option than Curran. My hindsight is 20/20 today.

Apparently Arthur said he'll rest 7 or 8 players.

I was thinking about the same over the weekend. Vaguely recall it wasn't possible last year but remember a few years ago you could've not traded and still won by hundreds of points.

Seems weird BA would potentially rest so many given their spot on the ladder. He may have already given up 4th with Manly playing the Cows.
