Yeah he's priced at 35 points. Even if he say plays 60 minutes he should still exceed that easily. Does this mean Fensom will go back to playing big minutes if Whitehead gets a rest I wonder.

Then you e also got Tapine to think about where would he play his mins. Possibly comes on for fenson, and Soliola is a starting prop or off bench but only in prop rotation.

    Things I'm looking for:
    - starting rookie forwards (not interested in bench forwards at min price - high risk of losing pos.)
    - starting hookers with no utility on the bench (Expect Seggy and Lichaa, but who else)

It's a real possibility that J Saifiti will be the only starting rookie forward. And his job security is not great.
So will you just stack your forward pack rather than take a punt on a benchie?

As for hookers with no utility.
Ennis and Smith. Peats will have De Gois but plays 80 anyway.

JFriend is a possibility (although they can shift Aubs there if they want to give him a break)
Isaac Luke normally plays 80. Not sure if a utility has been named when he's done so.

Rein and Hodgson might end up being 80 minute players but probably not to start the year.
    McCullough can buy might not.

Cowboys, Manly, Tigers Titans, Knights will play 2 hookers
    Souths probably will as well

Yeah Stuart seems to like his 2nd row to play 80. Tapine was purchased to keep Fensom honest & provide him with some competition. I can see Tapine being used like Kennedy was used for Fensom last year assuming Tapine grabs a bench spot.

Bench could be interesting. Do they play 4 props plus Soliola, or have Soliola as one of the 4.
That would determine whether the last bench for his to someone like Jeff Lima or Tapine/Kennedy

It will take a much braver person then me to take the gamble on any Raiders forward who's name isn't Hodgson.

I've been really keen on Hodgson but on the hookers write up on nrl.com it said he missed 55 tackles last year. This sways me towards Lichaa now.

My comment around rookie forwards was with regards to me changing.

I'm not going to change a view I've taken on a forward to make room for someone named on the bench. E.g I'm not going to swap Bhana to Leuluai if the former is not named but latter is on the bench, but would consider changing him to J Safiti if that knights starting side turns out true.

Can't argue with your hooker prediction for now. Let's see. I'm most interested if Baptiste is named. I suspect some extended benches which won't help

Is Tedesco, Barba, Copley, Feeney, Gutherson too weak for WFB?

I've had Copley in my team since day 1 but thibk I'm better off getting a rookie at 130k and saving 40k. I can see Copley getting dropped once Burgess enters the picture

Id go even cheaper and change Copley to Mitchell!

So looks fine by me. Prefer 1 to rotate with Tedesco and someone decent instead of 2, but assuming it makes your forward pack shit hot... Go for it Laughing

Yeah take your 40 and run. Copley doesn't have any explosive scores in him imo. Might as well take the punt

    Some people will have weaker.

Me, for example. I really want tedesco, but I also really want expensive players in other positions.
So I am taking the gamble that teddy won't rise too much in price and hope to get him in later

MARKET: Number of teams named with greater than four players on the bench:
    Over 8.5 : 1.90
    Under 8.5 : 1.90

This was mentioned earlier but is anyone considering going with A. Taylor as their 17th man. Atm the choice is someone like Mataora/Packer/Matagi (if starts) but Taylor should match if not better their scores.

Milchy, you've got me interested in Mitchell Moses. I read somewhere that Mitchell Moses will do the goal kicking at Tigers? Oh yeah here it is. http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/sport/nrl/footy-form/mitch-moses-says-jason-taylor-will-loosen-the-shackles-for-the-tigers-in-2016/news-story/9d6297d24bb058c41399c92bc77b73d2

"“This year you watch — it’ll be a lot better.” Moses, who is set to take on the goalkicking duties from departed winger Pat Richards this year, lauded Taylor for being open to moving away from the style that Moses believed was strangling their attacking weapons.
“I had a few groin injuries so I was trying to hold back the whole pre-season so I haven’t done any goalkicking at all,” he said.
“But I like the responsibility. I’ve kicked through my whole juniors so if I have the job, I’ll take it with both hands.”

Could mean a price rise from him based on that alone, and makes sense for him to do it rather than rankin who isn't guaranteed a spot. Could be a good place holder till I can cash out Taylor or Hastings and bring in a Hunt after some rounds.
