    Hodgson 55 MT / 805 tackles 93.6 % success
    Lichaa 29 MT / 907 tackles 96.9% success

Taylor will be an NPR for me at least until I see him play a couple of games to know what he's capable of

Speedball Deluxe wrote:Milchy, you've got me interested in Mitchell Moses. I read somewhere that Mitchell Moses will do the goal kicking at Tigers? Oh yeah here it is. http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/sport/nrl/footy-form/mitch-moses-says-jason-taylor-will-loosen-the-shackles-for-the-tigers-in-2016/news-story/9d6297d24bb058c41399c92bc77b73d2

"“This year you watch — it’ll be a lot better.” Moses, who is set to take on the goalkicking duties from departed winger Pat Richards this year, lauded Taylor for being open to moving away from the style that Moses believed was strangling their attacking weapons.
“I had a few groin injuries so I was trying to hold back the whole pre-season so I haven’t done any goalkicking at all,” he said.
“But I like the responsibility. I’ve kicked through my whole juniors so if I have the job, I’ll take it with both hands.”

Could mean a price rise from him based on that alone, and makes sense for him to do it rather than rankin who isn't guaranteed a spot. Could be a good place holder till I can cash out Taylor or Hastings and bring in a Hunt after some rounds.

So 2 extra points a game?

On the flipside you could argue it's an area where Hodgson can improve

Has everyone sorted out in their mind which mid half they will take if Pearce only gets 4 weeks. I.e JNiko not an option (assuming you don't put feeny or barba in your 4th half slot).

I can't see many options really. Sure there are loads who won't lose money, but not many/if any that will see a good increase in value.
    Maybe:
JReynolds, M'Bye, Moses, even Kurt Mann is DPP could be an option for a price rise.

i miss the times when teams would trickle through during the day.

Loney's facebook says warriors release 5pm NZT (3 AST).
So at least everyone gets an extra 2 hours to decide whether Benry is worth it

Tigers to score only 1 try per game you reckon. Ha, nah I reckon they go alright this year.

something you gotta consider here - was hodgson missing tackles because he was trying to make up for lazy defense on either side of him? if the middle third defends better as a unit, then ...

But I see a lot of teams playing Feeney who is untested at nrl level plus he plays for a poor team. The reason I'm considering it is then I can beef up my 2nd centre spot. Then my only weak position would be Taylor. All teams are running with weaker players like Feeney/Copley in their team just to meet their budget.

Copley is the cheapest player in my 17 atm. And it's the only position I don't mind spending peanuts as centres are always hot and cold.

Feeney is an NPR, but I'd feel more comfortable starting with him over Taylor for at least the first round because I know he will at least get run metres, maybe a couple of TBs and even a try. Whereas if Taylor doesn't do enough kicking and missed tackles he could end up scoring very bad

Nice. Looks a year in the halves where you could be racking up the points while people collecting a few bucks.

May get you off to a nice start before many others scramble to upgrade their cows

I don't know how many you would consider guns, but my expensive players are Smith, Lichaa, Bromwich, Woods, Merrin, Surgess and DCE. Next expensive are likes of LAM, Rochow and Ferguson.
