Never had so many mid-rangers before.

I got 4 of them. Nothing wrong with mid-rangers that are undervalued. 40s are the backbone of your team.

What sort of minutes do you think smaller slim shady Shannon Boyd gets at the Raiduhs?
He's starting I assume he gets two stints for 45m? Is that an upgrade from last year?

Apparently lost half his body fat over the summer.

So I went away to make some dinner, came back to the computer and Mitch Aubusson is sitting there in my team. Laughing

He averaged 35 minutes last season. So it is an upgrade on last season and considering his PPM of 1.17 it would improve his scores a lot. (Assuming he keeps that up.) he would be a really solid pick up. I do really rate Boyd though so may be a little bias.

I am worried that I am taking in too many mid-rangers.
Because Lawrence wasn't named, so I upgraded to LAM by downgrading Woods to Grant.
But now I may have two midrangers and I am one gun down.
    It just doesn't feel right.

Thanks Random, I rate his PPM too, he just needs the minutes but I don't trust Stewart. They got 3 tweener props on the bench in Soli, Vaughan and Lima.

There are so many mid rangers with true potential up sides that if I use them all I end up with way too much money left over, doesn't feel right to have 300k left over. So confused what is the right balance, genuine 50+ guns vs undervalued 40+ mid rangers, some of both I guess. *shrug

Yeah, you just have to try and find some balance there.

Be interested to know what "red dots" people are sticking with.

Presumably Brent Lawrence and Avua'a, but will the green dot temptation just get too much for both? Laughing

I might play packer as 4th prop for no other reason but easy trade to Lawrence (if needed)

Hmm its hard to say, I've been trying to figure out these minutes for a while given I have Vaughan in my side.

The way I see it, I expect Vaughan to go 50 minimum (given his motor), hopefully 60. That leaves 100-110 min left for the two prop roles and would be 1 sub down (assuming he starts off the bench and then plays out the duration). FPN seems really ineffective playing long minutes (I kid I kid, he's just really ineffective all the time when its not one of his 3 good games for the year) so maybe he gets 30min in 2 15min stints?

That's 70-80min left With Boyd and Lima a certainty to spend time there, but what about Soli? If Soli spends 20min at FR and say 20min at lock thats only 50-60min left. Maybe in this lineup Soli will just spend time between second row and lock and once Tapine comes in Lima drops out and Soli picks up his minutes? Then you have the question of how you manage all that with fewer interchanges...

In saying that, Vaughan and Boyd are our best two props, surely Sticky wants to get the absolute most out of those two. Boyd can handle the extra minutes so I really do hope we see something like 40-50min Boyd and 50-60min Vaughan... I just can't figure out how to make that work.
