Nah....I haven't actually had a look yet it was just a 'wacky' idea and inevitably it will end up being someone sensible who plays round 13 like Joey Manu (although Val Holmes might be a shout)

Was considering trading Wilton to Jackson but I am still not convinced that is not sideways with JJ’s minutes still not certain. Too risky this week and likely can’t afford it next week- so many trade ideas go this way
Oh god, please don't make "Crangus" a thing.

Yep, is part of my rationale for trading him out. Last game of the round, with many having Koula as well, some are getting a 0 if he doesn't suit up, or a very low score if he has to retire early, or isn't getting involved.
Multiple reasons to trade him out:
- Ankle injury risk of not playing or coming off early;
- HIA risk throughout the season;
- Has peaked after a 4 try game; and
- needs multiple tries to score well.
Thanks Matt!
I forgot about Papy's ankle, and yes I had Koula as cover. So annoying that the Storm are playing Monday night, which mean I need to trade in a WFB for cover.
Back to the drawing board for me, reverse trades.

Fitzgibbon said Finucane was in good spirits but he wanted to protect the forward's long-term health.
"We'll look into that (possible extended rest) and see how he's going," Fitzgibbon said.
"They're all treated differently. There's a knock-on effect and how they pull up post-event (to consider).
"He was fine and there were no lingering side effects or anything like that.
"We'll follow the protocols, but we won't rush anything, that's for sure."

The only way to bring Cleary in is to trade Cotter and Mann for Clery and Lee. I thought both would be season keepers but perhaps not.
It is not as bad as trading Papy - who will play this week by the way and is a keeper.
Is this a valid move - or should I wait another week for Cleary
EDIT:
Scratch that, it needs to be someone less than 231k
Koula ==> OUT
Does Wishart do enough another origin to rise in price enough? Who is another 220k player who is likely to get some game time soon?
Do I go full MattNZ and make a case for trading out iPapy instead of Papy?

Just to be clear, I'm not against trading Paps for Cleary - it's not ideal, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. I looked at it.
Haas, Hynes, DCE and iPap are the only guys I wouldn't consider at all in a deal for Cleary.
So I think the Hynes part is super sketchy. He's going to be the #1 scoring WFB this season, and it could be by a significant margin.
And projecting Mulitalo to match/exceed Papy is outrageous IMO.

It's cool. Charlie Staines did it at the start of last season - kept up a 5-try-per-game scoring record and broke the mill

If you've got decent-ish WFB cover would trade Papy + one of Cotter/Mann. Probably Mann. For me the crazy part was Hynes and the wild Mulitalo predictions.

Re: Re: NRL Fantasy 2022 Part 32 - My Shitto and your Shitto were sitting by the fire....
Is there anyone under 500k that looks like they'll be worth buying next week?
I've had my 2 trades this week locked in since Tuesday morning but doing those (Teddy/JKing to Talakai/Cleary) means that I will have to hold Nanai this week. If Nanai gets another 20, he will have to go next week (but would only lose like 10k so I can hold him this week).
Most of the guys at Nanai's price or under are either midrange junk or other peaked cheapies, and I would prefer to only use one trade next week if possible (ideally none if Nanai can get a 45+ score)

Threw Herbie in the mix last year and it worked out ok
Why would he be out when 12 squad members either injured or RAT positive and he wasn't amongst the names? You mean you want him to be out so you can justify trade? I kind of do too as could 1 trade to Ponga instead of having to 2 trade Jing and Leo to Ponga and cheap potato

Would Mann be a better trade out than Fermor? Pretty much the same price, same average, same BE. Mann probably has the higher ceiling, but Fermor plays Rd 13. Mann also has DPP which is a plus.

I'm a bit interested in Rushton. Will be nice to have a week to look at him.
Outside of that? In no particular order:
CWalker
DWalker
SVerrils
JRiki
XSavage
AElliott
Lots of potential value there.

Actually Burton+Jing to Ponga+Luki +123k doesn't look horrible but after selling Fifi 2 weeks ago guaranteed Burton will score great against Broncos
