How'd he go against the broncos earlier this season?
probably not the week to trade him out, has just played Storm, Panthers and Bunnies, his scoring will improve

You what.......... trading out Papy and Hynes sorry mate that’s insanity. Plays like that won’t even get you in the top 3-4K I just don’t understand it mate trading out 2 keepers. Find another way to get Cleary brother.

    Only $50.00 delivered.

You should have got in on it, I was very surprised by the lack of interest on here at the time. I ordered this so long ago, it is way to big for me now but what can u do.

I think I’m set on doing S. Crichton to Edrick and Leo to Angus.

Leaves me 24 trades left and 14k. I know I only have 6 round 13 guys but Randall and Mann/Arrow can be traded closer to round 13 for say Lolo and Tohu, Curran or Jackson and I might get Burton. If I can have 10 round 13 guys that should be ok. If I get 11 even better.

    Team is:

    Grant
    M. King Haas Mann
    Arrow Jones
    Cleary Schneider
    Penisini Tago
    Teddy Pap Hynes

    Starling Randall Angus T. May
    BillySmith Ilias Edrick Koula

    Thoughts?

I am putting Smith at 18th man in a loop in case Pap is out I then get May score and then either Ilias or Edrick score if Pap is out.

Planning Leo>BSmith, but spooked by his scores so far

The hand feels alright during the game due to adrenaline but it’s rough when he cops a knock at training
Storm doctors wouldn’t needle him so he could use the pain to decide if he could actually play on

I reckon this has impacted his scoring so far. For what it's worth I've already made the Leo>BSmith trade this week

He’s sneaked into trades a couple of time this week but i don’t know if I can go ahead with it. I mean unreal price but you’ve got to hope the hand is good to go soon

Scored well, but now has lost the goal kicking (Admittedly only got 1 against Broncos). But also had 4 offloads.

He's got one Try Assist all year also.

With the team the Dogs are gonna put up this week, you'd imagine Broncos would win, so it's a bit of time Burton to be spending under the posts.

Read somewhere about just out of rehab last week and went Davey in to allow Cleary trade

This sounds like Lolo last year. Broken hands obviously have long-term impacts.

Situation is ripe to misread Cheese's lower effectiveness as on the outs of the coach too. Replace "new coach doesn't like Lolo" with "Cheese changing clubs and being phased out".

Im not 100% on that, the dogs haven't really lost any good players (only Naden Very Happy ), the bronco have three new spine players (FB, 5/8, HKR), it might not be as one sided as you think.
Burton isnt goal kicking but is still doing the long kicking in game, he had a few errors last week, will be looking to bounce back this week

There is simply not game to be played this season that is one sided in the Broncos favour. It'll be another shitfight, Broncos may get the chocolates, but I'm sure the Doggies will have plenty of opportunities through-out the game.

I don't quite understand the chatter around Burton losing money (to be worth traded out then back in). One 50 point game and price drops end. Last week was obviously a bit of a shitter for him but still looks like a 45's guy to me. I understand trading him out to get a proper gun in, but otherwise he's not an urgent out.

As someone that held through his “2 week” injury last year I don’t know why I expected he’d be back in the normal timeframe

Agreed, leave him at ctr all season and worry about other parts of your team, its not worth burning trades on.
His draw is decent the next 6 weeks
