I'd probably spend the extra for Ramien, no? Sharks draw is incredibly soft.

Every team facing Manly for the rest of the season should wear Rainbow jerseys so that half their team are too scared of rainbows touching them that they forfeit the game.

Any one (or all) of Ramien, Talakai and Mulitalo could go gangbusters. It's finally Matt time.

(Haven't got the money for Ramien myself as I'm finally bringing in Ted as well. Ever-present suspension risk too, which could wipe out half his season.)

Yeah I kinda can’t believe Hasler backs them just for the cynical reason that the club and NRL and going to take an absolute bath on this in terms of lost $ and avoidable bad PR.

Also Manly are equal 8th gonna throw their season away over a tiny rainbow stripe. How do the other 22 players feel on that one?

I have Walsh and Koula with no current WFB backup. Holy shit I really ruined my own season trading out my WFB depth.

You are tempting me to bring him back this year lol. That sharks draw is enticing.. it’s Koula for Talakai or Butcher this week.

Imagine looking your teammates in the eye and knowing you're letting them down and sabotaging your chance to play finals just because you don't want to support your club being inclusive of all people. Too homophobic to wear a jersey with a little rainbow on it for 80 minutes. Absolute prehistoric minded cowards, the lot of them.

NRL should introduce a pride round just so I know exactly which players I should detest, because fuck these cunts.

Happy to play alongside domestic abusers, but it's a step too far to not hate gay people

The more I think about this the more mental it is on every level. Let’s see the magic powers of PvL now.

Anyway I’m either going to penthouse (Koula to Burton) or basement (Koula to Mbye) to ensure a 3rd CTR. Depends on best 2nd trade option, will leave to after team lists.

I dont think this issue would be confined to Manly only if the other clubs comes out with a pride jersey. I saw a tweet somewhere that more than half of NRL clubs dont even have a pride jersey. Not sure if that is true at all.

This was gonna be the first one ever I think. Don't doubt there would be huge issues at other clubs too (especially the Panthers from what I've seen)

Fuck the Warriors for benching Walsh and screwing my team.
Fuck Koula for being a homophobe and ruining my team too.
Fuck, Gal Gadot is an incredibly attractive woman.

I threw in the last one just so I had something positive to say.

Yeah, it'll be rife at all clubs, unfortunately. In many ways Manly should be applauded for trying to do this (and the Islander players who turn out at the weekend like Taupau and Paseka should be particularly noted), but now it's also going to be Manly who cops the flak from it, when really it's a game-wide issue..

The AFL has pride round and the Swans and St Kilda wore pride jerseys. EPL has rainbow laces and all sorts of other initiatives. It just makes the NRL look backwards, and probably the only one who'll lose their job over it in the end is the person in the Manly marketing department who tried to do something progressive in this dumb fucking sport

Pricks the lot of them, hope Chooks put 40 on em so they can sit there and let it sink it.

Means I have to trade out Koula for my h2h finals, so I'll ditch one of Mahoney or Moses to Butcher to free up cash to go Koula --> Aitken.

Who to trade out from Mahoney/Moses? Opponent has Moses btw
