Is there a chance Austin is given a shot at Hooker off the bench to test out the big boys around the ruck?

ANYONE WITH HODGSON PLEASE DON'T READ ANYTHING INTO THAT THOUGH.

I haven't read anything that suggests it will happen.  And if I had the balls to pick Hodgson I'd be very happy with him as my back up hooker.

There was mention by the coach of Hodgson not playing 80 at Hooker anyway. But maybe 60 and 20 elsewhere on the park, as he is a bit of a utility player. RS said he does like to bring in fresh legs at number 9 later in the game. It wouldn't surprise me if Austin gets a crack at it

Williams might play hooker for a bit when Austin comes on.

Either way, it's quite hit in Canberra today. I suspect both hookersv will get a rest at some point.
