Agree - all my players thus far have underperformed but just want to get through round 1 with no injuries and no forced changes, only worry is Greeny but for mine he didnt go too bad in a poor team.

Graham has proven his scores over a few years so I really don't see the rush to get him in. Hes a gun but he played extra minutes last night and the only other gun forward to play so far is Parker. Wait and see what happens for the rest of the weekend before you start trade raging, were only 160 minutes into a 26rd season.

Did I read/hear somewhere during the pre season that they were talking about doing reviews of player charges immediately after the matches, and handing down the punishments then rather than waiting till after the weekend?

Haha I deleted it cause after I posted it I thought exactly as you replied Krump as it was a bad strategy & I didn't want others to think it was a good idea. Cheers for replying mate.

Definitely not time for panic stations. Graham played extra minutes due to the reshuffle and we always knew he was a viable option. Can't have all the guns. Green's score was low due to massive tackle counts by the other edge (Brown 41, DCE 34). He also had 0 attacking stats but 80 minutes on the edge is a good sign from your centres. Lichaa was on pace for a 60 in a game where the Bulldogs did 2/3 of the attacking. He also marginally dropped a 17 point play over the try line. Was shown walking around on the sideline with ice on it so should be fine to be next week.
Biggest fantasy impact from that game looks like Trbojevic and Taupau. 63 minutes from Taupau(although Manly used 4 subs on him and don't see that happening every week) and 58 minutes for Trbojevic. Trbojevic scored 56 points in base stats during his 58 minutes. Tackle counts won't normally be that high but last years PPM for 58 minutes should see him make 100k. Tough call on who to trade out for him this week

Still not convinced 24 was Green's final score. He wasn't exactly a workhorse in defence but he got through enough work to warrant 30 points at least.

Exactly. Im filthy aswell as had him but it could be him who goes down next week and someone else gets an inflated score. Just like Peats who I have, who knows how Pritchard affects him next week with no injuries. Im just hoping over the next 8-10 weeks my 2 props average more than him and stay uninjured.

I really thought Turbo would be a trap in a stronger pack this year, looking very wrong at the momentmultiple.scoregasms wrote:Definitely not time for panic stations. All I can hope for is for Evans and Grant to match his output. I have a feeling it's gonna be a fidgety few days in between Monday's and Thursday's matches

That's hardly an accurate way to score a player though is it? I feel like he did plenty so we'll give him 58, the other bloke didn't look great so he can have 15Johnny B Goode wrote:Still not convinced 24 was Green's final score. In terms of points I don't see either getting close. Both might make 100k if that is what you are after

I thought the exact same thing. Thought the minutes would be more evenly split but looks like the bench players are going to be used for 15-20 minute impact spells

Grant won't but he's way cheaper too, Evans is a chance if he gets the minutes.Liverpool_Bulldog wrote:

For those guys I think price rise is my main concern, points definitely come second. Feeling like I'm gonna be getting middle of the road scores for quite some time. Just need to stay away from silly panic trades

I have about 100k left over so if Evans and Trbojevic are going to make the same amount of cash I'll make the trade and bank some points aswell

Do you think the amount of work manly had to do in defence would have benefited him. Bulldogs had a lot of ball.
