I’ve never seen an episode. What’s the fascination? The ads don’t make it look very interesting. What’s your opinion on starting Clark over a gun hooker will get DPP and effectively only needs to score 2/3 of Grant. I can’t see where else you can save so much money and still get quality.

I’m a big fan of US and Aussie Survivor. The goal is to outwit, outplay and outlast your tribe mates socially by making alliances and then you have to vote people out if your tribe loses the immunity challenges etc..... lots of strategy is involved as well. You should give it a watch.

My gut feels iffy on Erin Clark even though I think he starts at lock I expect he will get 40-45mins at lock but then could play 15mins at hooker which is putting me off him as he doesn’t score well at hooker. He’s already priced at about 41 as well. I will watch him closely in trials. If you get him you need him to avg 50-51. Also the fact Holbrook job is on the line it makes me nervous carrying too many Titans and they have an early bye too and I already have Tanah Boyd.

He’s already priced at 40 I think he would need close to 60mins in the middle to be relevant. He’s one I don’t think I will start with but he’s on my watchlist.

Yeah, I can see the appeal for some but at best he'll be a Tolman/Twal type plodder who may well rack up the scores but will break two tackles all year. Would feel dirty owning him even if it's a sensible choice. If he was 100k cheaper might have had to bite the bullet but not enough upside to compensate for the boredom of watching him play.

You guys could not be more wrong.

I hope everyone else shares your views.

Islander tries to save a life - Hero, white guy - drug dealer.

Did lol at the contrast in the mood of your posts over a few hours. I also don't really give a toss. As you are aware, I'm not here to get political, just have a laff and talk NRL.

Odds are there will be another bench utility to spell Verrills (they did sign Chris Randall from the Knights), there is almost no chance Clark plays hooker if there's another utility in the team. Holbrook himself said that Clark's move to lock was permanent and he only moved him back to hooker at the end of last year because Booth got injured and they had nobody else left.

55ish mins at lock is what is most likely for Clark, in which case he likely averages in the mid to high 50s (his PPM when playing middle only is 1.04)

    So Tits 8-17 should be

    Tino
    Verills
    MoFo
    DFifi
    Fermor
    Clark

    Randall/Campbell Jolliffe Liu Stimson

Big mins there for the starters.

Waiting for L-Jimmy to comment about small sample size.

Where are you getting 1.04PPM from, his 3 games at lock + game at interchange in R18-21 (when Booth started) last year are at 0.93PPM (in 4 game sample, which is not really useful)

I took the round 18, 19 and 20 games in which Clark played middle only, since the round 21 game vs the Storm is where Booth got injured (in the 13th minute) so Clark only played the first 13 mins at lock before moving to hooker and playing his remaining 42 minutes there. I can't tell what score he was on at the time he moved so I choose not to count that game given how early the switch happened.

How many minutes will he get when Isaac Liu or Tino start at LOCK? PS They had the Peach in Round 22 who regularly played at HOK and was playing in that game

    Any love for Christian Welch

Priced at 44, he averaged 45 back in 2021, but that was with the old offload scoring, and he's a handy offloader (pun intended)

Probably no big increase in minutes, but with the losses to the Storm forward pack I can't see him going backwards.

Probably not quite enough upside to be useful, and is a little awkwardly priced, but he is on the shortlist.

Got a little value but I think the 3 point increase in price ruined him as option, think you're better going either 100k higher to Cotter/Carrigan or slightly lower to Elliot/TPJ/Horsburgh/Gilbert etc

Didn't the coach come out and say Campbell would be the 14?
Where does he fit in though? If Verrills needs a spell do they do a crazy Dragons like rotation Boyd to hooker, Foran to half, Brimmo to 6 and Campbell to fullback?
