Just tell your team to accept a little less, but that you'll take good care of them once their footy career is over

None of them reek of cow.

I then consider Klokstad and Kennedy at a better price point and some upside. CNK TMM Kennedy  looks a little better than Sloan, Perham, Warbrick.

Warbrick probably outscores all of them.

Running out wide, doing lots of damage. Could easily be the cheapest MID to average 60 this season if he keeps doing what he should be doing by attacking the EDG.

When you say "the cheapest MID to average 60" it implies there will be a bit of choice there, and finding the cheapest option is what you are after

Last year, only 7 players averaged 60. (Hynes, Cleary, Cook, Murray, Munster, iPapalii, Grant) Only 2 of them MIDs (and one of them isn't a MID this season.
There might be a few who average 60 discounting injury, or over a small sample size. But anyone who averages 60, is going to be one of the cheapest ones to do it, no matter their price.

For those struggling with the lack of punctuation.

    Paps was quoted as saying:

"Something came out the other week that I'd be back around rounds 6-8.
That's a little bit ambitious at the moment.
    It's a slow process."

There's no way the Roosters would be paying a mid-tier salary to Egan Butcher for starters. If FanHub can adjust to 264k AKA his true market value, I'm good to go.

I did learn today that CTR is even worse than I remember.

Literally have no plan aside from that Bulldogs CTR everyone has.

I'm rolling the dice on Reimis and hoping he can average 30-35 to start the season.
If Young Tonumaipea is named and gets CTR DPP then I might switch to him just for the $ savings.

Been umming and ahhing about Koula. Probably the fastest centre and maybe the fastest back in the game. He got better as the season progressed last year. Higher price tag but may be a pick and forget option with the chance of 40s.

Looking better after trials to me.

Alamoti, HSS, Thomson - some round 1 predictions have Russell at CTR, which is likely a steal for $319k

Hoping for one of Talau/Tonu/Thompson to get a gig. Well, two, as I suppose I also need cover?

I did look at Reimis. If you can time it when he scores tries, it'll pay off.

If I knew Bird wasn't playing 5/8 I'd consider splashing out.

Forgot Smith-Shields, he scores surprisingly ok

Russell assumes Blake not back anytime soon?

The same Kennedy that scored -4 in 80 mins last year?

Yes. It's the same one. It doesn't take much to build my confidence in someone. Ah...Who am I kidding?

I just like Kennedy's job security and want him to have three or four good games in a row starting round 1.

Til TLT there doesn't feel like too much more tinkering I can do. May well just run all cheapie back 5 with cash ITB for duds and there are quite a few already giving off that vibe.

FYI for anyone playing draft they’ve just added the panthers back JMclean for anyone looking for an early potential jump. DPP given also
