Just tried an extreme Guns and Cows team. It's pretty trash, but surprisingly not as trash as I thought it would be:

    Grant
    Murray, Cheese, Collins
    Fifita, Hopgood
    Hynes, Cleary,
    Alimoti, McLean
    Tedesco, Warbrick, AKP

    Boyd, Stone, Doorey, BMM
    Moale, HSS, Talau, Preston

Edit: went more extreme originally, but made it so there was still cover for all positions which meant downgrading a couple of spots to get a backup half

Thanks for the link. As an optometrist, I'm pretty aware of ocular signs and symptoms already generally...

Neurosyphilis might explain your previous post though.... Very Happy

Looks pretty good really. A couple of risky cows, but you could do worse.

The plus side is that you don't have to worry about missing the cow that goes massive, because they're all there.

The down side is that you guarantee you get the dregs too.

Far out was just looking through Tedesco's stats and saw he hasn't averaged under 50 points in a season since 2014, if all goes well TLT I'll be aiming to start with him as my gun WFB

    Cotter and different $250k wfb
Also depends on team composition. If you have playable 18 and 19 you are more likely to go Cotter, if you need to add depth you would go Kenny.

I'm actually heading to Europe in June for 3 months for a uni internship plus some cheeky travel, only found out I was accepted last week, so fantasy is on the back burner this year unfortunately. I might pop myself into the FOG with a wag team but I don't wanna be one of those inactive teams making up numbers at the bottom of the actual leagues (don't think my ego could handle it Very Happy)

Is it better to be an active team making up numbers at the bottom of the FOG

There's an article on NRL.com titled

'The five Cash Cows who shined during the NRL Pre-season Challenge'

WTF is the sub editor there? Alfie Langer?

Gday all, keen for the new season and shake up L3 again king

Haven't seen a lot of mention of one J Brailey. Grant and Cheese are obvious options as a clear gun and high ownership - but looking at Brailey as a possible season keeper and enabler in HOK to go bigger in other positions

Priced at 48. Few low games on return from injury last year and then a L5 average of 57.2

2021 obviously had a massive year averaging 56.9

Not sure if I'll go with him yet but at only 1.2% ownership he could be worth a look at?
