I'll be blunt... Bullshit, it isn't happening, just give in and trade now like the rest of us

With the round drawing to a close, although my team scored a fair ways under what I would of hoped I'am really happy with it going forward

MNCC struck CS9 down...back to normal next week!
Woodsy played 70 mins, plenty of points on offer in tight games
Surgess first game back and a return to lock
Merrin got minutes increase to 60 just needs to match his massive PPM now
Carty got his 80 mins
Rochow scored well and was busy
Turner scored well and was busy, potential 80 but shifted to edge likely (massive injury worry though)
Ah Mau was flying, low minutes a concern (can't see why he didn't get the big minutes he finished last season with)
DCE scored 50 and was shite, plenty of potential there
Hastings scored 46 and was shite, plenty of potential there
Taylor slightly disappointing but may of been an injury in there
JNiko done his CC job
Green played the 80, potential there
Aubss played the 80, potential there
Gordon 25 in a team losing its 2 star halves, scoring 4 points. potential there
Mansour luckily he got a try, hopefully will see him back to churning those 2nd tackle hi ups and some TBS
Barba did his job as a decent scorer in the WFB
Feeney - poor
Mithcell - poor

targets are Lichaa replacement and getting Carter in

I thought I wouldn't be either, but in probably the last hour of work I've completely convinced myself to go all out and am now impatiently awaiting lockout to finish

Reason I'm saying I'm not trying to be a trade whore is because the only decent options i have to get Peats or Macca is to downgrade one of my mid range 2RF to Carter....LAM, Cartwright, Turner or Rochow

you arseholes! I was one of the first blokes in here questioning why everyone was making a big deal over LAM & then you lot went and convinced me he needed to be in my side & look what happened! he's lucky I've got a hooker crisis to deal with or he'd be right out on his arse.

ah well, at least my gut feeling on Packer went okay, nothing special but I was hoping he at least hit that 35-40 range.

703 all up, which puts me in the 14,000's... not overly happy, but I'm pretty sure I started worse last year and managed to pull my rank back into the 500's by origin, so all is not completely lost yet

last 10 round average of 50.8, just didn't get the minutes today for some reason

I'm just saying the Dragons were L6 W4 from there last 10 matches where LAM did well fantasy wise..
3 of those wins were against the Knights, Warriors, Tigers oh and they scraped a win against the Titans.

Perhaps the coach thought hey lets trybsomething different to start the 2016 and one of those things may have been give LAM less minutes haha.

I dunno just throwing it out there. No offence was meant Welshy, still smarting from an absolute hellish round of fantasy.

Not quite sure what winning against those teams has to do with LAM doing well or losing the other 6 did infact?
His points were ALL base stats so not like he went on a wild scoring streak, all tackles and RM

You nearly always have to base selections on stats

what is more puzzling is the fact when he was on he made the most Metres of the dragons forwards by a big margin, god only knows what Mary thought he seen, perhaps he had a slight knock, I'm not sure, what is annoying with the LAM is that he didn't play the minutes to gauge whether he would take the next step in fantasy

A fair few slight disapointments like Whitehead and Cartwright at least played the bigger minutes many expected, they just had a mediocre fantasy outing

tough thing with LAM is deciding if his minutes increase or he stays pat

Cannot agree more with this. It's why I'm currently considering dumping him (I know, I know, Rd1). I can't see a valid reason he would get less minutes and that scares me. I'd take gambling on a player to improve his performance over getting increased/consistent minutes every single time.
