I have settled on mids of Murray-Haas-Carrigan.

I was very tempted to run Ford & Sutton, but I feel unsettled on Ford minutes and JS, he would need decent 40s to be worth it.

Sutton I still think is good for 45 points, but I have opted for Murray Preston and Franklin Pele, the PPM machine in a depleted pack.

Warriors, Tigers, Dolphins, Canberra, Manly to start the year.

If you get 2 big scores in there, and no tiny ones, then you're doing OK.
You're going to be holding your breath every game worrying about another concussion

How many of those 5 games do you realistically expect the Knights to win? 1? 2?

I'm happy to eat my hat but Ponga at 6 will be a waste of a trade come R5 when your patience has run out

Ponga can score well in games knights lose.

No players in this game. Who's with death riding everyone. Top score of 40pts will do

Oh wait I have Miller. 100pts for him and Warrior win

I have Preston and tempted by Pele instead of cheap back. Any chance he can score 30s?

Its amazing how perspective changes depending on which side of the fence you are on:
    - last years owners - never again!
    - non owners last season - wow, look how cheap Ponga is this year!

Seems like lots are going TMM.

Already got 50k in the bank is it worth dropping CNK down to TMM and pocket more cash or are people just going TMM over CNK as dont have the cash.

If CNK is over neck injury worries, I see a decent gap between him and TMM with a similar floor and higher ceiling

I ended up just changing Ford + TMM to Trindall + CNK

Good for a PPM of 1+. Never plays more than 40 minutes. Need him getting 30-35 minutes a week, which is likely a stretch at this stage.

    I reckon TMM goes alright.

Apologies in advance other owners. Plating Talau over him has crossed my mind but I'll stick with the gut pick I think.

Pele is a 1PPM player, and they have zero pack depth currently I am picking him ahead of IKatoa and all the other options, he will play 35 mins a game, with huge upside with any pack injuries.

To add 2 cents, I think his scoring has huge fluctuations from tonning up to uninvolved poor,

Number 6s bar a couple don’t seem to score well, especially when paired with a ball dominant 7

    Newcastle are not normally good,

So ponga for me was an early avoid

If he looks like the 2nd coming of Lockyer his price won’t be too prohibitive next week

I’d love him to brain it cos it would be good for Newcastle (who I have soft spot for) and great for the maroons

I seem to recall this was a similar analysis to IKatoa for you.

    I like it.
