Has Jackson Ford already been ruled out? (he has the ominous red cross already)

Not that I know of, he has a 7 day turnaround and the protocols take 6 days so there is a chance, but at this point I'm assuming he's out.

    Cleary locked as captain still

Just in case R2 wasn’t punishing enough

Also price changes are just showing overall change and not round change

always seem to be <10k off the moves I want to do

    Ford Boyd to Preston Bird
    Talau to Preston

Going to have to wait for TLT sadly with Trindall.

Even if Trindall doesn't play, I can handle it and just hold him a week (and if he's on the bench then his BE is low enough to hold another week). In fact I'm fine even if all three of Trindall, Ford and Talau don't play this week, as my team would look like this

    $3k bank

    Cook
    Haas, Murray, HopGOAT
    Katoa, Loiero
    Doueihi, Trindall
    Bird, Hammer
    Walsh, Miller, Warbrick

    Preston, Cartwright, Garlick, Cleary (looper)

IKat, Alamoti, Talau, Ford (if he plays I would move Garlic down)

If Trindall and Boyd are both named I think I can wait on getting a half and then look to grab Burton next week, getting very cheap.

    Pre TLT trades:

    Cheese -> Leo
    Cleary -> Preston

0 HOK Cover, faith placed in Boyd to bounce back (I could of swear he was named captain awhile back?)

770k in bank, Cleary can drop a 100k hopefully after a few weeks.

Does anyone else have a glitch when using the app that the 18-21 are invisible?
If you click on where they should be it still works but when looking at another team it’s stays hidden

Lost 13pts and about 800 ranks at opening lol. Thanks Cleary. Think I have too many other issues to get cute and trade him. A few other Captain options around anyway

Gained a few extra spots on opening - up to 191 overall.

Teddy to Walsh is my obvious first trade (Teddy is leaking like a sieve at present). My only other issues are E Butcher or Hodgson.
    1) Butcher to Welch or Leo
    2) Hodgson to Egan or Mahoney v Tigers.

    Great work!

Dropped about 5,500 places to the mid 6000s after this weeks carnage but tbh I thought it might be worse. I might have to do a Cleray out scenario depending on team lists & HIA recovery schedules this week

Burton is getting very cheap for a reason. Burton this week v Tigers should stop the rot.

Rank 1700, have a better team than scoring would suggest, missed a lot of points this week, would have easily gone 900+, just with 2 decisions of who to play off the bench, even with Ponga playing.

Will keep pushing hard, my team looks really different to those at the top, and feel I am ahead on key trade ins, already have Tohu, Mahoney and Preston. The trades that I did last week are what people are looking at this week.

Need to rebalance the team to get a HLF, will look into it further, but Reynolds looking attractive with huge base in a good team and a great bye run. Looking like a nice POD.

Gets me a solid halves pairing of Douehi / Reynolds in a week when Cleary is out, and prepares me for trading out Boyd and Trindall, without concern, so hopefully a week ahead there too. Will have $900k extra playing this week vs those that aren't trading Cleary out, so hopefully get a nice upwards move.

Kiraz is a luxury trade, but expect at worst he is worth what I am paying for him and potentially guns it if my observations are correct and he is the next Too / Garrick. If that happens, will be a 1% POD that no one else gets onto.

The reason people love Teddy is all the running meters and TBs for base, running the ball out of their own end, plus attacking stats. So far this season Kiraz is doing all of that, but also getting 5 offloads a game on top (20 bonus points) and can sniff out a try as well.

Yeah but he had some crap scores in him last year too so it's nothing new.

That's why I had no interest in starting the year with him at $720k. But at around $600k that's a different story, I can handle the ups and downs for that price.

Cheese and Talau out - Preston and HTF in.

Question will be who to leave out from Alamoti, HSS and Warbrick (thinking HSS).

I have no need to get rid of Cleary so to the bench he goes. That means I have Cleary and Luke to loop with. I currently have them at 16and 17 but that apparently is the beginners option. Where should I play them?
