this was your team. $300k itb

I'd probably do something like Smith to Tohu and Stone to Preston (assuming Boyd retains his spot)

That's the current plan so glad someone is backing me up. Really, really hoping Boyd is named and played and don't have to worry about that and Hodgson playing first means I don't need a back up hooker.

I went from 21 green dots to 16. If Trindall and Boyd are dropped I'll be down to 14 pre trades... Hmmm, please be kind TLT

Man, a 3 or 4 trade week would solve a lot of problems right now.

0 HOK Cover, faith placed in Boyd to bounce back (I could of swear he was named captain awhile back?)

770k in bank, Cleary can drop a 100k hopefully after a few weeks.
Surely you can do a bigger upgrade than Leo with $770k bank remaining? Defeats the purpose of trading Cleary, to free up lots of cash.

Cheese and Ponga to Preston + Walsh, likely locked in as trades

if Boyd or Trindall don't play I'll have to bring in a HOK/HLF to field 17
Losing Cheese+ Ponga in the same week Cleary has a bye is really testing my depth.

I guess if it happens that Boyd gets dropped but Cheese plays I can suffer him for a week and just hope he gets a decent score in.

I'm planning on running Bird + Alamoti as my CTRs for the foreseeable future. Neither has a bye soon so plan is just set and forget
Just have to keep an eye on Alamoti, if he has more scoring like round 1 than round 2 I may have to play a bit of CTR roulette based on matchups.

Exact same trades if TLT allows me one more week of Boyd and Trindall.

Expect I’ll lose Trindall though so will need to skip Preston this week and grab another half, a lot of possibilities

Initial plan is Cheese + Ford to Preston + Robson.

I want Tohu but that would mean playing I Katoa in the 17 and that Boyd gets named.

Robson could also be Mahoney, but the Cowboys have a pretty nice draw coming up (Warriors, Titans, Bulldogs, Dolphins, Warriors, Knights) so hopefully good for a few Robson attacking stats.

i think the plan is Ponga & Ford/Butcher (dependant on Ford's status) to HTF & Preston, but it turns out i actually do have enough money to go Ponga & Butcher to Grant & Preston if i need to.

I would look at BSmith to Carrigan/Harris or potentially Welch, JKing, Collins, maybe Leo Thompson.. will need to have a think about him anyway.

Need to see what happens with CNK and Boyd, but an improved 17th man option maybe. Could do Stone to Thompson or another decent cow if going for Welch or cheaper.

Or yeah Preston over Leo for sure.

Unless for some reason there was word that Ford will miss multiple weeks I think he's probably a hold for most teams isn't he?

Yeah if he just misses this week (or plays) then he's easily a hold, his role is good and he has the workrate to make plenty of cash.

He is also my only MID cover so I kinda need him Very Happy

All kinds of weird and whacky teams in the top 10 with the carnage this week. Lots of casuals that don't have a clue.

Rank 5 - has 8 Storm players, can catch them on their bye round.

Rank 7 - team includes Leniu, Price, Arthur, Russell and Paix

Amazed at how few players I have in common with all of them, and is typically more that they are really POD, not that I am.

If CNK is out, I think Bird is coming in for me (in addition to Boyd to Preston). Quickly accumulating guns, but can they actually score like guns? Wish I put more effort into late bye players because all the early bye players who had risk of early bye haven't even compensated with good scores

Would leave my team looking far better than it's ranked

    Robson
    Haas Murray Hopgood
    Katoa Loiero
    Doueihi Trindall
    Bird Alamoti
    Miller Thompson/Sloan Warbrick

    Tapine Carty Preston Cleary*
    Doorey IKatoa Sloan/Thompson HSS
