Tempted to go Cheese and EButcher to Walsh and Koro

Gives me some excitement at the back and a more solid HOK option too.

Concerned EButcher hurts me with this, but he isnt scoring that great for his price and has lost money already.

If CNK doesn't play I'm up shit creek without a paddle with Talau definitely not playing (only Miller and Warbrick at WFB)

    Maybe Cleary > Latrell
    Talau > Preston

or something this week, and spend the rest of my cash next week on another upgrade (probably more fires to put out). Really don't want to trade Cleary though, just don't know what to do. Will ponder more over in the assistant coach. Really need TLT to be kind re: Trindall/Boyd....

I pondered over EButcher for awhile too. Rd 1 he was on track for mid to high 40s pretty easily without the sinbinning. Rd 2 I thought he was pretty shit and still scored 44. Limited sample of games over 60 mins, but can hit 50-60+ and has a high PPM in games under.

Trading him could definitely pay off though if he just plods out 40s and you use the cash wisely elsewhere.

I am 100% bringing in Walsh for the excitement factor...he should score OK in fantasy, but damn he is silky to watch, and he is only a kid, think of the upside.

I don't want to trade Cleary out either although my current galaxy-brained Jenga plan that can't in any way go wrong does involve trading him out and then getting him back in in two weeks time. Trades can't run out this year, right?

It's very tempting to trade out Chin, given his bye and ankle issue. He def has to come back in, but Panthers are down a class hooker and it making all the difference this year already. Also the 'threat' of kikau on the edge gave the outside backs more space. I think the Panthers are still top 4 but not prems.

No doubt i'll have to eat my words, Chin is still top class.

If I trade out Cleary I have to bring in a gun half, so feels sideways, as I have Tricky, Boyd and IKatoa only because I started with Munster, who became Grant in my R1 trade.

I am thinking the same. Comparing him to Walsh at an equivalent price point, he has a really bad game to hit 44, while Walsh has a blinder to hit 10 points more and will have a much lower floor.

I think he's still likely to average higher than anyone else this year. Don't particularly want to be Clearyless in the nine-game, byeless run-up to Origin, but can manage without him for a week or two?*

The biggest reason for me to trade him, is I thought he was a keeper level player and I would hold right through.

He is tying up 550K and playing at 44. I needed him to average 48-52.

I think he will once Chooks sort their shit out, but in the meantime he has a bye next round, and I have holes at CTR and FB he could easily shift to Walsh or Hammer.

    I also want to offload Tanner B, so seriously thinking;

I had no drinks last night actually. He looks back to 500km a game and GK. Low BE means he could make 80k while Cleary loses 80k. Crazy right?

Just needs Keary and him to have a few training sessions together to work out their timing, and for Butcher to look to expect he is getting the ball every play, instead of assuming he is always the dummy runner. That is all they are working on this week, after viewing the footage, right? He is then getting mid to high 50s.
