Doesn't necessarily mean that its a move worth making

So you're buying Bula this week Milch?

I was more thinking he’d keep Fox’s wing spot, Okunbur is awful. But hey what do I know. Maybe a punt on Bula or Olapu instead

A punt on Oloapu, Bula or even Dunster are zero risk imo but also not guaranteed to actually being positive investments.
No harm in the punt if it allows other moves, just don’t expect high (any) returns.

Hey Finchy, just looked this up. In 2022 Keary missed rounds 15-18 and x2 was Manu at 5/8 (not sure the other 2, maybe byes) and 2021 Keary missed round 4 onwards and again x2 was Manu and x15 was Drew Hutchinson..

    Cheers mate.

I'm sur there's value in Keary as well as Manu

Keary going to have bulk kick metres, is 5 or 6 points undervalued currently compared to halfback

Whoever it is I bring in is safely tucked in @ 21 so no expectations, a little bit of a cash gain so they can be flipped to a coin goat once one eventually turns up.

I’ll probably be getting Dunster next week, risk is pretty low at basement price and he’s just there for cover and bye round score

Did a similar cashout with Savage at base price last year and frankly is there actually any better options until you get to 350-380k

Yea good call. I’ve bought him in this week, as I need a basement player.
I figure Dunster can’t lose money, he plays Round 13 and he allows me to bring in JMK as bye coverage for Grant next week. Win, win, win.

I don’t see someone as being low risk just because they’re base price. If you know you aren’t going to make money of them which seems likely you’re either using two trades for no cash or having a dead roster spot for another 19 rounds. Sounds risky to me.

Bugger. He's not in my 17 but it's just annoying, Souths playing first too so can't use to loop

Guess they're not risking until he's 100%. Broncos then Storm next 2 rounds after this weekend

So I'm intrigued by this Cogger on the bench

I basically came up with nothing

However there was a comment yesterday saying two players listed will pull out with injury

Then someone else says they will run out per prgram (If mine tomorrow morning)

Suspected out players are Eisenhuth/Leota/Kenny/"One of the halves"

Dunster was the incumbent prior to his pre-season ACL injury last year, so does that mean he’s actually the preferred option and he didn’t get first crack this season due to his lengthy return from injury and BA just wanting to ease him in…?

Provided he hasn’t been a disaster, I would think he holds a spot.

Cheers for the info. Tough one. I'm looking JDB/Manu but Dunster allows Fifita. Not sure yet.

Looks like you have same as me with Bird and Alamoti

This seems dumb on cursory view but you can actually put Bird in EMG (hear me out) to loop your bench

    E.g. I can do
    Thompson CTR
Bench of TPJ, Smith, Loiero, Preston
EMG of IKatoa, Bird, Warbrick, Nikorima

If Katoa goes well again (45+) you can move Bird in for one of the bench and take out one of your bench. If Katoa sucks, Bird still subs in for Thompson

I did it with Alamoti last week to get Katoa 40 over Carty using Thompson, but Alamoti locks out 2nd game this week
