He's not top 30 so can't play this week with players back (i've read). Can be selected from next round onwards.

Robertneville wrote:Turpin back on the bench is not good for Smith's minutes this week (not surprising he'll have lower minutes with the neck injury concern).
I am tempted by Luki but would have to move on Preston or Hosking who I think both will outscore him, although they'll also both likely be loosing large amounts of cash while Luki should be making good cash if he gets the minutes.

Admittedly haven't watched much NRL recently (1 game in 5 rounds) for reasons, and it's great to pop in and read some really good analysis from great players. Have been an ultra lurker this year but haven't missed many pages - just no insight to offer recently due to not watching games. Particular shoutout to Rhino and Contrastinghobby (suppose he has a clue ). Thank you.

It's not good but I think there's a nonzero chance that Hutchison moves to 14 and Billy Smith comes in at centre in final teams.
Either way, I'll give Cheese the benefit of the doubt this week, but if Turpin is still in the team next week I'm getting rid of Cheese yet again.

Turpin, like whoever else is at 14 or like Radley if there's no hooker on the bench, is only there to give Cheese a breather for however long he absolutely needs it (probably between 10 and 20 minutes unless his neck is fucked). They're not going to *voluntarily* give Turpin more time because of the quality of his play, it makes absolutely no difference to Cheese.

Wouldn't mind a bit of NAS but there's no one that makes sense to trade out for him, same for Horse. Saving a couple trades would not be the worst thing in the world.

I wouldn't be trading Sloan just yet but if he's the only guy you can sell for Bula, then that's fine.
He hasn't had two bad scores in a row yet this year (scored 52 after a 27 and then 50 after an , and is very capable of racking up huge amounts of junk in a short amount of time.

The Dude wrote:I read that it was Brimson's other hammy that he injured this time. It's obvious they rushed him back. I think Campbell should be starting even when Brimson is back. They look better with Campbell at fullback
