Yeah I forgot about Oloapu amongst all of the Edwards hype. I would still like Edwards if possible for cash generation and decent scoring at that price but also conscious of the amount of Bulldogs I own and lack of Round 13 numbers 🥶multiple.scoregasms wrote:
I liked your earlier trade of Alamoti out for Oloapu assuming you aren't short on centres.
Banks some cash and Oloapu looks like the kind of player that can score in the 30s without attacking stats
Next week with more information, cash and 4 trades you can move on Carrigan and Tino

Are we assuming Oloapu now plays 80 and Reynolds is used elsewhere?

Yeah, I figured it wouldn't be close so set it up like this.
But I haven't been watching Eels or Doggies games, so appreciate the insight!

I think so mate.. likely at lock.
I'd love to jump on him, but with Hynes, Chin, SJ, Ikat and Niko I think i'm already high enough on halves!
Can't grab em all eh

Is Niko to Oloapu to pocket the near 100k a bit sideways?

I have all of those guys as wel as Oloapu and justify it because 6 halves is only 3. Maths

IKatoa/Nikorima to Oloapu in R14 seems like an obvious move
Get 2 price rises from the Dolphins v 1 from Oloapu and move to R16 HLF

JMK will be my R13 hooker, I also have Granvile though, just keeping Granvile this week in case JMK goes down and otherwise I'd be without a hooker
I think Burbo is a trap, hopefully Lawton gets the edge spot come game day, had him last year and was decent, until I think he got injured, then he got sent off for a game? Or Vice versa?

I think if you get the chance to grab Hynes you should. Hence I think I'm pulling the trigger this week.
Hosking Preston Couchman -> Burbo Davey and Hynes is the current trade iteration.
Definitely considering Edwards and Oloapu. Oloapu likely a r14 acquisition. Edwards might have to be let through the the keeper at this stage

Even though Niko has more money to make, am considering trading him to Null Null this week

I'm seriously looking at Granville to Liddle this week even though I also own JMK, which is probably a bit crazy when I can't play him next week.
But, Liddle priced at 34, averages 47 when playing 50-70mins which seems a realistic minutes range.
Bit of risk around the Dragons uncertainty but I can't see a coach with a brain not starting Liddle and playing him 50mins at the very least from here on when the other option is Mbye (and Sullivan off the bench for some small minutes impact) and they clearly need Hunt in the halves.
I would wait until next week, but with Tohu, SJ, Manu out this week I'd love Liddle in my 17.
For $77k more than HEdwards he feels safer. Helps me with scoring depth which will be very much needed through to rd20 with players missing pretty much every week.

I can do Hosking, Granville and Niko to Luki, Robson and Burbo. Gives me 12 players for 13 and they're all pretty solid except Luki and Burbo

Haha it was more that Greig might be terrible as opposed to Edwards being amazingL-Jimmy wrote:

Looking like I`m going to have way too much money to spend next week.
Not a bad problem but all the decent Rd13 options are looking like cash downs from my tradeouts.

Yeah I didn't realise Btrbo was CTR DPP. Alamoti to Btrbo for one trade seems reasonable. Although potentially unnecessary this week and you've got to like him against the Titans right edge no matter how much match ups mean nothing.
Feels a bit rude to do him like that after a 50 last week when I needed him.

Ever since the MTB's punted the shittos the team has really come together. Momentum is building. Morale is high. Don't want to upset the apple cart.
Even Cook started pulling his weight. 57 last week with 54 tackles. Only 19 run metres, all part of the plan to play round 13 for the Rabbits.
There is no famous charge, but they're having fun, and that's the important thing.

If Liddle goes well this week, then I'll do Cook to Liddle next week.
Otherwise Cook to Robson (or maybe Cook to JMK)

Haha if it wasn’t for Edwards and his money making potential I’d be quite happy to just grab Oloapu who at least looks locked in for the rest of the season and will make money albeit much slower than Edwards.my tv broke wrote:

Like this call - with a BE of 51 can wait a week to see his role then trade him in to cover hooker for round 13
