Yeah, I think the poster was thinking of trading Granville to Robson or Cook? Upgrades. Would be tempting to hold Granville if he actually does start at lock, but he can make that decision at final teamlists, I thought that was the point?

I could do Cheese and Miller to JDB and Ponga with $0 left, is this a sign?

Either that or I do my 3 trade plan from earlier with Cheese, Haas and Miller to Tohu, JDB and Fainu.

    No love for Weekes?
Considering warbrick or akp to him or taffee will give me some extra cash for next weeks trade and leaves me with only 1 wfb missing from a full team

Those with Haas and Carrigan... What's the play, holding both or selling one/both ?

Depends how many Eels/Sea Eagles/Knights you have already. I have Hopgood and DBrown and am bringing in Ponga. A fourth would put me at mercy of injuries and Origin restings for next week

Will certainly look at Ofa after R14 out of the way as playing the rest of the major and minor byes. BE stil fairly high, so no harm.

No Eels or Eagles at the minute, and only Miller from Knights.

But yes, very fair point about byes next week. Could hurt as I have plenty of Origin players too. Whereas Cook does not have a bye next week. Means I'd have to take a punt on Fainu, though...

    My team this week

    Granville
    Ese'ese Hopgood Horsburgh
    Luki Ford
    Nikorima Crossland
    Bird Lemuelu
    Koula Simonsson Ponga

A bit rough but I got 13 starters

Guess we can find out which scores more points: 13 with some ropey players or a solid 11:

    Robson
    JDB Hors Tatola*
    Hopgood
    SJ DBrown
    Bird Lemuelu
    Ponga Drinkwater

(*maybe Lolo if he suits up)

    Team with 15 trades and 262k itb….

    Robson
    Horse Tatola De Belin
    Hopgood Preston
    SJ I Katoa
    Lemuelu Bird
    AJ Miller Manu

    Cleary Haas Boyd Teddy
    Loiero Cheese Bula Burbo

    So I have 11 players….

Thinking Miller out for Drinky. Then I can potentially go Cheese or Boyd to Moses and play Moses over I. Kat. If I want an edge would have to sell Loiero or Cheese/Boyd to Carty or buy back Ford? If I get Carty though and Moses along with owning Hopgood and Burbo I just have 11 still this week.

If I try to get a 12th player any advice please  on potential options?

I have updated my team tracker too Very Happy

Hadn't planned to make so many trades, but using 4 this week gets me to 12 on the park, (had planned to use 3 trades with Miller still playing to have 12 on the park).

Grabbing Cowboys and Rabbitohs players sets me up well for round 14, with only 3 Knights, Eels and Manly players in the squad.

    Brandon > Shaq
    Miller > Ponga
    Cobbo > Koala
    Crossland / iKat > Drinkwater

Cheese + Loiero -> Tohu + Hopgood locked in as my first two trades.

For the next two, who do people prefer out of:

    a) Bird + Ponga
    b) Bird + Tatola
    c) Horse + Ponga

Boyd + Miller the likely trade outs. Team for context:

Weekes isn't a bad shout with Tommy in Origin. Nice cash out too? Tempted.

Hoping the kid has a good game, was down on confidence in his 2 starts, but had looked good coming off the bench in earlier rounds.

He has 1 score over 36 in 9 starts at fullback, averaging 26. I wouldn't be too hopeful.

True. But with Weekes at a similar price point...

Not saying he's a must or anything like that.

    Glad Phins play first

If VTW is a late starter then he’s straight in
