I'm trading him down to Samuela Fainu this week (assuming Fainu keeps the edge spot until Kelma is back) to bank the money and then trade Ikat or Russell directly to Edwards next week (I have enough cash after trades to do this)

From Manly website. Surely something has to give with the Manly middles and EDGs at the moment

Interesting TLT, even outside of the Origin implications.

Fainu probably being the most interesting of the lot. Are we thinking this is his position until troops return? Or is Lawton and Condon both on the bench enough to give him a miss, at least for this week? I'm still a bit puzzled as to why Lawton, who's been pretty effective in the role in the past, isn't getting a start.

Elsewhere, I am casting women and children aside to get Ofa into my team... is this not a popular move?

In a weaker team now is not very promising, would much prefer him in the halves.

I used my super secret hidden stats which only the top users have access too here at NRLFF, and can confirm Nikorima played all three games at fullback.
Also 20 of his 97 points across the 3 games came from goal kicking.

My secret stats were found by watching the game replays on the NRL site

Lawton spelled Croker last week (On at the 56th minute and off at the 67th)

Condon played middle (On for Jurbo at the 57th minute, off for Bullemor at the 68th, then on again for Brad Parker in the 79th due to an HIA)

Fainu played edge only (On for Burbo at the 27th minute and didn't come off)

Based on this, I think he's good for the edge role

There are many listed this week who are obviously being rushed back in to squads. How it plays out I have no idea. Carnage all around.

Cool, thanks for info. I think I want a slice of it, but with only two I want to discard - Miller & Katoa (and to be honest, I already don't even want to get rid of Katoa this week) - I'm more drawn to Ofa and Ponga this week. They almost even rhyme. Kind of, almost.

Prioritising Fainu would make Cook easier to obtain next week, though, if someone puts their hand up as a trade out this week.

It's weird. My team hasn't been serving me too well, but I'm really struggling to part with players this year. Not sure why this is...

I am eyeing him up for round 15, grabbing Shaq instead this week, to have enough players next week.

    I'm thinking Haas plays 60.

    TPJ 2 x 15 min psycho stints.

Almost expect Martin to start over Hudson Young, with Young playing about 25mins in his sporadic style.

looks pretty straight forward to me.

    Edges are young and friz

mids are tpj haas yeo murray paulo and martin

martin probably plays some edge later in game, maybe.

Yeah, I should mention I'm looking at Ofa purely from a H2H perspective and he looks like gold to me. On paper. Especially as a straight swap from Katoa. I could be very wrong, though.

Depends how many Eels/Sea Eagles/Knights you have already. I have Hopgood and DBrown and am bringing in Ponga. A fourth would put me at mercy of injuries and Origin restings for next week

Will certainly look at Ofa after R14 out of the way as playing the rest of the major and minor byes. BE stil fairly high, so no harm.
