Wife is vegetarian and our go to is tin each of black beans, tomatoes, chickpeas and a premade chilli beans plus one of those Maggi meal sachets for nachos. Additionally any of red onion, chilli oil, mushrooms or capsicum depending on mood and what's in the fridge. Takes all of 2 minutes to make plus any simmer time. Thai sweet chilli or Jalapeno Mexicanos for me, wife is partial to the lime ones.
Our go to "can't be fucked" meal.
