I really hope not, as I own him, haas, tapine, and horsbrah lol

Who knows though! We'll still be down a few other forwards i think ?

I think I'm going to take a punt on Averillo. He's gonna be a cashout for Turpin and a WFB/CTR for this week and probably not a lot else. Was considering springing for Timoko but the extra cash makes for a very comfy barrier to get Cleary/Grant/Fifita in next week

Massive props to the forumites who are doing so well - especially Booze - I used to follow his updates on his team trackers when he was doing it before it was the cool thing to do. Very well deserved - may it continue for 9 more weeks (although maybe make it a bit closer for the excitement factor  Wink )

Cheers for the comment Neillo, haha think it will get tight very soon over the next month

I think Horse is worth keeping but also think Nikora is worth a punt (try scorer, good byes, fun to watch)
Throw your team up for a looksie

Found your team, unsure on cash in bank though

Oh geez that’s not well planned out 😜.

Haha I’ll cross my fingers and hope we get 80 minute Carrigan at lock

Russell is similarly priced and in a team much more likely to score pts on the regular

But he’s only playing there for 1 game and then back to being not so useful. If you think he’s scoring a hatty though then fire away

Although I suppose you won’t want to use Avo for the rest of the year unless it’s gone tits up

I'd assume you're picking both as a cash out and for this weeks points tho? And then a green dot should shit reall hit the fan?

    Update on SJ-

His wife's due date is next Thursday. So if he's only leaving if she goes into labour before the weekend, you'd suggest he isn't going.

Also, he was playing golf with Josh Curran yesterday in Muriwai.. Curran also not playing this week.

Yeah true, it’s a coin toss since they are both the same price and both DPP

Yep. I had the same coin toss but figured I'd rather Russell's safe spot on the wing for the Eels than Avo's longevity at FB in a team in all sorts

He'd be behind VTW as deep CTR cover as well as playing this week, but really Avo has a teensie bit of pedigree and I'm going for the upside too. Not expecting much, but all the other centre options outside Manu feel like pus as well

Remember when Bird and Manu were locked in keepers for the entire year in like, week 8, with the position sorted? Yeah

Avo's pedigree last year was based off length of the field intercept tries, wouldn't rely on them again.

Bird - yah finally let go this week, long term holder here 3

Well probably Turpin is your best option out and that gives you 691k to play with (As he is a trade out next week regardless)
I assume your choices for points this week are MID/EDG/CTR/WFB due to dpp players and open spots

Of the possible keepers at this price in the forwards as a glance, Hudson Young?
So may be better to use this as a cash out week (Instead of next week) and grab a back and hope they jag a try
Then with 8 trades and a heap of cash in the bank next week have some fun and roll the dice on a few cut price guns
With nothing to lose you might be able to get Munster,DCE,Cotter,Murray etc to fill out your weak spots and hope they go on a run

As for cheap cash outs there are a few mentioned so just grab someone you like

I think if you ordered a Tanah Boyd at the bar he would be a house gin and tonic
Old school, nothing fancy, goes down well and a good catch up drink
    Does a job without complaints

I like the trade and I’m thinking of doing the same but with Haas.
