Thought I’d chuck up a poll for team values. Since the value is mostly gone for the year just how big is everyone’s sombrero now. I think it should be a decent gauge to the quality of peoples final teams

imagine in a vacuum bringing in a centre who’s just been moved to fb to replace a guy who’s just been dropped.
Why was he dropped you ask in your vacuum?
Because the team he plays for has just been beaten 66-0 by the team coming 14th in a 17 team competition is the answer you get.
I bet you’d deflate if it was possible to lose air from a vacuum.

Is anyone really less than 14m now, I’ve missed loads of below and at 14.5m

Here are top earners above 150k (current vs starting price), noting that guys like JDB and Drinkwater are measured off starting price and have risen 300k from floor during season in Drinkwater case (don’t know if there’s a reliable data that includes these circumstances)

Preston, Hopgood, Carty, SJ, Blore, Nikorima, Isaako, Wakeham, Horse, Stone, Ford, Warbrick, CNK, Cogger, AKP, MCK, Sorensen, DWZ, Sloan, Crossland, To’a, AFB, Boyd, Simonsson, Uto, HTF, Granville, Lemeulu, Kennedy, LSmith, VTW, Pompey, Greig, Turpin, Sele, Perham, Whyte

You'll all be pleased to know that I got a new keyboard today and can once again type the letter E!

Is no body getting a literal cash out one round wonder? Seems the most popular options are Averillo and Ramien?

I already got away with the cheeky gamble with Bula in his first week so surely my streak continues with Avo

I think this forum needs matt as a weathervane for statements like "I'll just bring in Jake Averillo" and "5 trades will be fine for the rest of the season"

This MID situation next week is tricky all of a sudden

Imagine most would have Horse (out), JDB (out), Haas (out), Tapine (out), Harris (in), Hopgood (in), NAS (in), Carrigan (maybe)

Lots might be looking for one as a filler, or maybe even an elite keeper. Haas/Fifita/Cleary would be popular targets for the 8 trades which makes it even tricker, as you'd use a trade or two to maybe fill in this mid slot

A few targets I'm looking at to fill this hole:

    Yeo 826k
    - Lowest score of the year last week but extremely consistent otherwise. Does he get a rest? Maybe, but should be fine to back up given he's benched in origin. Could be an option to flip Haas to?

    Tino 839k
    - The FUN option. Has scored a few tries recently so points are just around him. Would be playing big minutes in the run home as Titans fight for the 8. Imagine having both Tino and Fifita, Titans game would be FUN as shit

    Cotter 571k
    - Cheap as shit. Does he get his minutes back though? Saves a lot of coin to be used elsewhere

    Mini Tino $298k
    - The cash out option. Probably gets you 20-30 when/if he's named

Or just cop it and play 1 short. Just some thoughts

Tapine to Yeo is the plan for me.

Was looking at doing Hopgood to Cleary if he's back next week but realised that I of course need Hopgood next week at mid, but that's okay there is other ways to make that happen if needed.

I'll be looking at Yeo or Tino... complication being that they're backing up from Origin and play late in a round and would need to make trade long before final teams. Carrigan also an option.
