I lied. If all players match there 3round avg, then I'll have 18k to spare.

I need to make 31k in order to upgrade Evans to JTurbo.
The only options I'm semi comfortable with are
    1-Hastings to TMM
    2-Green to Chee Kam.
If I go option 1, my halves will be DCE, TMM, JNiko and Taylor.

Even if TMM is dropped when Seggy is back, I can see him returning at some stage soon when Soward or Wallace get injured or dropped.
    Thoughts please.

    Cheers mate!

So my FR and SR is currently made up of:

J Brom, A Woods, JTrbo, BLaw
Surgess, Carter, Tapau, JSafaiiti, A Paasi, Leuluai

With no DPPs to switch in.

So assuming I lose all four of the guys who are fronting the judiciary, what should my plan be? I also have Scott and Benry in my team so I actually have a bit of work to do just to get a 17 that are all starting....

I've been considering a few options:
Option1: Leuluai > Cartwright/Yeo/Mataroa & Ferguson > H Hunt  (leaving 11k/91k/93k) & meaning I likely have to have Paasi, Mitchel, and JNik in my 17
Option2: Leuluai > Ma'u & Ferguson > Denniss/Olive/Eden  (leaving 69k/70k/90k) & again meaning I likely have to have Paasi, Mitchel, and JNik in my 17
    Option3: ?? open to suggestions.....

My full team currently is (with 216k):
    McCullough, Cherrington
    J Bromwich, Woods, JTrbo, BLaw
Taupau, P. Carter, Surgess, Passi, V Leuluai, J Saifiti
Hastings, DCE, J Nikorima, C Walker
    P Mata'utia, Croker, Scott, Henry
    Barba, Ferguson, Wighton, Gutherson, Mitchell

With option 2, do you need to do the second part to make the first part? I think long term you are better off sticking with Bobblehead then those 3 "cows"-I think they all have the potential to fuck you over bigger than what Ferguson has.

RTS good trade. I think he's bottomed out almost.

Merrin stupid. He's scoring well with hardly any offloads and looks like getting up to regular match fitness and against his old team this week

Option 1 for me. I know option 2 is potentially a very smart move, but it requires things to happen that are more out of your control then Option 1.

    Rewind 2013:

    "Buy 'em

Penrith pivot Tom Humble looms as the cash cow of the week after a 53-point effort against the Titans in round four, even if that score was inflated by a length-of-the-field try. His Panthers halves partner Luke Walsh has been dropped this week, replaced by Blake Austin, and if Humble can stay in the starting side for the long-term – and take on more of the playmaking duties – he could be a great Dream Team buy."

    - I'm not suggesting for one second TMM is in the same bracket - I'm just haven't let go of my Humble pain & felt the need to share Sad

Yeah, thats the only way I can get Ma'u - only have $216k cash so would need a bigger downgrade of Ferguson to one of those potential cash cow "starters" to get him in...

Sorry stopped reading when all the blood rushed from my head at the mention of this guy. It's been too long, come back soon Blake... you too Sezer. Need me some solo try porn Sad Maybe SJ/RTS can provide this week.

On topic though, I'm the opposite. Didn't pick up Bird last year.... still feeling that pain.

    N.Green to RTS, or V.Leuluai to Ma'u?

and if I get RTS, who do i leave out of my 17 between Barba & Mitchell (assuming he's playing)?

Those considering Jack Bird may want to reconsider. He has scored 63, 17 and 19 so far. His 63 included a try, linebreak and 8 tackle busts. His 17 and 19 had 1 tackle bust each. Bird has fewer touches and fewer tackles(24 per game down to 11) than last year

I can't understand the trades that are talking about Green > Auva'a/CheeKam/anyone-not-listed-as-a-starting-player.

Why would you make this trade? Green isn't losing any money sitting there, and the players people are talking about trading in don't have a confirmed starting spot, seems like trading craziness. Surely Green sits there until a 130k-ish player gets a confirmed starting spot that they will have for more than a week or two and stand a good chance of securing the spot long term.

With Auva'a I can see him coming off the bench and scoring less than 10 points two games in a row, then where does that leave him, with a huge break even where he will takes weeks and weeks to even come close to making money, and may never make money like K.niko last year.

Personally I'm all for trading out players in your 17 who have flopped/not performed etc like evans/lam etc, but trading Green to another player in the category of 'maybe might make money, not even listed on team list' is well.... *scratches head*

Good call. Not to mention I reckon he's definitely got the hump with not being given the FB role, so mentally that is possibly affecting him/his play.
