Unless they give Abbey a few games? How has he been going this year in NSW Cup?White Lightning wrote:

Sign him up Roosters. I mean I don't know how much game time he'd get once Cordner comes back but throw him at Lock, dump Guerra to the bench and it'll work itself out.

I was hoping they' give Abbey a run as well, left him in NPRs when I heard Moz was out possibly long term
Had a read of the Doggies forums and some people kept pointing out that while he' killing it, he's only 19 and with other options there I don't think they'll rush him, probably put Perrett back at FB before him

Are you able to reverse the trade?

Why would a new club go to the effort to sign him then play him in the nsw cup?

on a side note I'm pretty OK with trading out DCE this week. Would have just preferred shit scores and not see a player get injured though.

I assume Loomer meant that if he kept playing NSW cup then his value won't drop to a juicy price once he goes to another team

If Taylor doesnt play another game this year then next year he gets priced at current avg minus discount for less then 10 games. Thatll be pretty close to basement price and who knows someone like the Tigers might pick him up

I think he means that if he plays in NSW Cup he wont see any price drops. If E. Taylor doesn't play more than 10 games this year he will still get a discount Loomer on next years price.Mighty Fishes wrote:Loomer wrote:

I don't see the Roosters grabbing him, they play Cordner for 80 minutes Guerra for 50 minutes roughly and then rotate Lui + STT + Aubbusson at lock and off the bench with starting lock playing 50 minutes usually. If Elijah Taylor was shopped around for next year I think the Bulldogs or Sharks could be good options depending how they handle their off-contracts this season.

I am most not okay. DCE would likely have hit 70+ last night, and was beginning to show the form that everybody was expecting when they brought him in.
This injury is tiresome because I firmly believe DCE was about to hit a string of huge scores. Not to mention it put his average above 45, which means we are officially trading out a keeper (not that that wasn't obvious anyway)

I had DCE captain so I was annoyed that he got injured.
Thinking to trade him to Hunt if DCE is out for more than a fortnight.

I think it was a good gamble. Would have paid off without the injury. You must be in my camp then, everybody is going on about how bad DCE is, but I was getting more excited about the season he was going to have with every game. Scoring passably without any attack stats. Was bound to go 60+ every game when it clicked. Shame it all come undone on the game he would have silenced his critics...
edit: excited about his season from a fantasy perspective. Certainly not from a Manly perspective.
