I guess I better check in then and report in the off season I am currently training the house down. You heard it here first. Unfortunately, even though I'll come in at 228K, my ceiling is 4 fantasy points. So probably stick with HSS instead.

Not reported on any fan forums (except maybe the Smiths Chips forum) but can confirm that I am eating, and drinking, the house down and look set to crack 80kg for the first time come the 2024 season start.
I've concentrated on bulking up my centre of gravity, or at least that's what my jeans are telling me.

I think they’ll take the centre DPP off him mate. I would need to see the Knights bench too.

If similarly priced I rather Shaun Lane if priced around 40, he avg 52 in 2022 and career avg of 48 in 2nd row in games between 70-80mins. If he’s 550k will be hard to pass up.

Des Hasler has reportedly made an early selection call in his halves.

The Courier Mail have reported Tanah Boyd will get first dibs on the 7 jersey.

Tom Weaver will no doubt place pressure on Tanah in the Hostplus Cup throughout 2024 and in the Pre-Season Challenge.

BREAKING: The Titans have announced David Fifita will head for surgery after injuring his pectoral muscle.

The backrower sustained a partial tear during pre-season training.

He’ll complete rehab over the coming weeks, with the aim of returning for the start of the season.

Warriors CEO Cam George has told SEN’s that they aren’t confident of securing Kurt Capewell for 2024.

George has confirmed the long term offer has been made to Capewell’s management and are working diligently to secure the signing.

Hooker will be interesting Grant likely a bit over 800k, Cook slightly under 800k and Mahoney is always someone most will at least think about.

    First 7 games last season:
    Grant avg 62
    Cook avg 60

For Cook will depend if Mamzoleos is in the 14 jersey too

    Robson, JBrailey, Cheese

Robson pretty much the only guaranteed 80-minute hooker in the league. Not even sure Grant will be, or Cook with Mamz and Havilii. JBrailey always used to be but Crossland was ok last year so might steal a few minutes. (Blayke Brailey will also probably be 80 minutes, but meh)

I think Grant will be to start the season. I think they were managing his loads at the back end. Havili isn’t a threat to take mins off Cook he’s mud at hooker Mamozelos is better. Agree re Crossland taking some mins off Brailey.

Cheese as well I think Watson will take some minutes off him. Robson is probs the safe one as you say but look at his second half of last season it was utter mud. In fact in only 5 out of 23 games did he score above 55. His tries dried up quite a lot and he had more demerits from missed tackles and penalties conceded. But we have seen before what he can do. Maybe starting Robson hoping for the best and then hoping Grant loses money is a viable strategy. Robson started last season at 783k that should be 100k cheaper going into next season.

Mamouzelous would be lucky to get an under 14s jersey. Dreadful player

I always pick the wrong hooker, so everyone should wait until I've made a decision, and then pick the  alternate.

He’s crafty mate got creativity in him when he runs the ball he’s good. Defensively not as good as Cook and not as big a motor. I wouldn’t say he’s dreadful he was instrumental in our Jersey Flegg and NSW Cup premiership last year I saw quite a bit of him and quite a lot was impressive. He’s a better hooker than Havili Mamozelos that’s for sure.

The bid step up from Flegg and Cup is defense. If he's struggling there he will be a turnstile at NRL level

The LGBTQ reading materials they are complaining about being in school libraries are nothing to do with being a decent person.

See this video of what they wouldn't allow a concerned parent to read out in the meeting regarding it to the school board as it was obscene and inappropriate, but it was in the school library for 10 year old kids to read and see the associated pictures of.

Probably similar concerns here in Australia and NZ, which are extremely valid.

Yeah personally i've always been way bigger on NRL Fantasy than BBL SC or NRL SC.
But since starting Wicky a couple of years ago - I've tried to give SC more attention and it's been good fun!
And if you don't watch much cricket - BBL and BBL SC is perfect. Can enjoy the action when you're free, just do your trades every week or so and it's enough to get you engaged haha.
