If you take out Cleary's injury game where he only played 16 minutes due to his hammy, it pushes Cleary's average higher than Nicho's.

If you add in the fact that on average Hynes, plays 3 to 4 more games per year than Cleary, you have a winner cheer

I got chicken pox as a late 20 something and it was no joke. Worse than both bouts of COVID I had.

Slot Ben Turbo into my center spot for week 1, watch him pump out a 40+ score playing edge, then switch him with Kris who was sitting his 1 week suspension in position 21. Burbo hopefully continues to slowly accumulate cash from the Manly bench once Schuster returns, safely outside my starting 17, while Kris tears it up for me as a center POD cause no one punted on him due to the suspension.

What could possibly go wrong?!  NRL Fantasy 2024 Part 2 - We've all been waiting for Weekes - Page 12 1f602

Edit. Added bonus that Schuster is also a POD, if you decide to start with him and can cover his absence.

I swear chicken pox was a given as a kid. Don’t know how you can make it 20 years without getting it

Schuster a POD? He's 21% owned. Higher if he starts.

I would expect that percentage to change significantly if he isn’t named Round 1, on top of the fact he hasn’t trained all preseason.

The problem with "cheap CTRs" this year is that it looks like it will be Cotric and Talau. You then move up to guys like; Remis, Arthurs, and Berry who have horrendous stats. The thought of 2 "gun" CTRs is so gross, but man the alternatives are bad.

RE Hughes, Sutton just had surgery and is projected to come back around Round 9, RFM gone as well, should be 30 odd mins available in the forward pack minimum

I grew up going to a small rural primary school and guess I just never came in contact. Interestingly I'm pretty sure I caught it off my line manager at the time who's kids had it but being a normal inoculated adult had no idea he was contagious.

Anyway centres do indeed suck so may as well just get Tago and Penisini and call it done.

Tago was looking unstoppable before his injury last season.

There is lots of value at EDG which makes it tough but I'd like to own him ASAP. Increased his base last year and still has the explosive games that can leave you chasing. Will likely be one of my first upgrade targets

Ask anyone who started with Staggs last year how much fun it was owning a gun centre. 5 scores in the 20s and 2 in the teens before round 10
