See above mate I’m now agreeing with you and am concerned about Hutcho didn’t realise the Dogs draw I know factoring draw in isn’t usually great but I think I have to consider it here. Ciraldo under pressure to get early results too.

Ciraldo probably knows the draw is tough too and isn't expecting a bunch of wins. New halves combo and a few recruits can take time to gel.

Hutch might kick the piss out of the ball due to being stuck in their own half a lot.

Look at the Dogs draw first 7 weeks very hard if they’re not winning Hutcho could be dropped quickly. I don’t see them winning many games with that draw. Dollars might be crucial so I might pivot back to Flanagan Dragons draw isn’t too bad to start and Flanno I reckon better job security.

    Taaffe first to be dropped.

It’s a results given business as you know if they’re 0 and 3 or 1 and 3 after 4 weeks he will make changes he will have too to make it look like he’s doing something.

Taafe should have been dropped already and the season hasn't even started. And Ciraldo took an age to drop the equally bad Perham. Maybe he's just not that good at this.

Ciraldo bought him because he saw how Sammy Walker played when he was allowed the freedom Hutch gave him. This is also evidenced in Walker's Fantasy averages with Hutch as a halves partner, but most importantly a very obvious eye test. We played well with Hutch and Walker. I couldn't be bothered calculating averages.. I see Burton as a similar enough player to Walker in terms of general playstyle.

I couldn't be bothered calculating averages (it's not as simple as Sam Walker starting with/without hutch due to the itnerchange role Hutch played) but just looking at the numbers it's obvious. I see Burton as a similar enough player to Walker in terms of general playstyle.

I see Burton as a centre that can kick a ball real high. I'm not sure he's a half to be unlocked by Hutchison

I've considered the same thing and currently on Grant and Levi.

Cheese locking sucks, but Levi might not even start, so it's a conundrum

Also re the last thread was a question on J. Gagai I wouldn’t do it personally. One poor game he could be dropped and look at his Cup stats for Fantasy not very good and first grade is a step up. Wighton back round 3 who’s to say Kennar doesn’t go back to wing.

    I. Thompson despite Visa issues has had a calf injury when he’s back I’d expect he starts in Cup.

As for Milne for now he seems to be out of favour must’ve pissed the coach off.

I have Cheese mate for the safety option. I think Roosters will go well too sadly.

Burton on the left edge playing centre 2.0 with an actually decent half is prime Burton

Probably one of those desicions that blows up in my face really quick but I really want to start with Cobbo, something about his move to centre speaks to me, with my optimism glasses on, I can see him being the type of fantasy scorer that Latrell was at centre

Grants early bye makes me 🤮 otherwise I’d be on him. Can’t be arsed dealing with Pap and Grant at the same time when I’ll have 20 red dots by then. Went Moses instead but getting cold feet. Main reason I’m sticking with cheese over boyd at this stage too… I think early rounds are important given the uncertainty surrounding the cheapies roles

This is the elite defensive genius from Penrith who made the Bulldogs leak the most points in the comp.

Same team also hired Penrith's elite attacking mastermind who made the Bulldogs score fewer points than Ryan Papenhuyzen scored on his own.

In this analogy is Blake Taafe James Tedesco?

Anyways who’s still big balls on Kini? I wanna take the risk so bad but it’s asking for trouble. Rapana is such a disgusting pick given his age and the atrocities I saw from him last year but seems the best of the middies

He's a talent for sure. I wouldn't talk you out of it. I'm reluctant to do it myself, but it's gut call that could pay off.

Re Cheese: I started with him last year 40k more expensive and was dumb enough to bring him back on again. Why not try a third time with a discount, another year in the system, and as it stands no niggles?
