Wasn’t game for him. He’ll be plenty good enough this year, perhaps be a keeper. Also might take goal kicking off Meaney later in the year (though Meaney is a gun).

Pappy was a must have given his previous pedigree and the lack of cheaper options in WFB. He flopped but we all flop together

With cash flow really hard to come by, may need to get creative to find it.

At least his BE was only 36. Not the end of the world scoring for a fullback.

Ponga missed his BE by a lot more.

Pappy scored more tonight than Ponga scored against Panthers when he was scoring 70s and 80's every other week last year.

Sure it's not apples with apples, but Pappy is 100% by the length of a stretched ballsack the least of anyone's worries. He'll be fine.

That wasn't complaining. It was feeling fortunate that they were the only disappointments.

I suppose in retrospect we should have considered whether four weeks of Tuaupiki was worth more than three weeks of Papi, with $100k price difference. But maybe he still won't be, and also the downside of missing a firing Papi when everyone has him was probably too much anyway.

14c/648 with JMK, Kini and Salmon to run. Normally happy with 750 in round 1 and I should scrape there this year
