Nothing would please me more than Piakura being named. I know it’s unlikely but it would just be nice

Is 3 weeks long enough to be worth it?

What odds Teddy gets more than a week off. He's got a concussion history about as bad as Ponga's

As recent Manu buyer I think they shouldn't rush him back

Tedesco to Cleary could be a popular trade next week.

Sitili, Rapana -> GrandAngus, JCampbell.
Captain Hynes for the ritual bunny skinning.

It’s definitely crossed my mind it could happen
Think he has the most recorded concussions of any NRL player. Now 1 concussion for player A can be worse than 12 for player B, but Roosters will take it into consideration.

The urge to cull Bulldogs from my team are strong. It starts this week with Hutchinson leaving the team and Angus coming in. Would leave $67k and the following squad:
Cheese
May, Shoes, Salmon
Crichton, KPP
Hynes, Flanagan
Kris, Strange
Ponga, Papenhuyzen, JC
Harris, McInnes, Curran, Levi
Kiraz, Burbo, Chan, Galvin
Lineup might change, but happy enough, for now.

Hard to pass up a $230k cheapie atm, although I suspect the future red dot will put many managers off.
3 weeks and Round 16 and 19 Origin coverage could make him viable, just got to hope for more LM brain explosions or an inevitable injury.

the smh has a FitzSimons article arguing Teddy should hang up the boots like Cordner Friend, but not leave it as long. 10 registered concussions (with a bunch undoubtedly near-but-not-booked) is a lot of brain injuries. Fitzsimmons is generalyl an annoying wanker, but might be right here.
Bolded text: yeah, sure. Maybe. But for absolutely anyone 2>1 in terms of brain damage. Like, definitionally.
Bold/Italic: I don't know. Friend went on too long for sure. Hard to say when dealing with hyper competitive blokes who love footy.

Telegraph saying Lomax will be fullback this round and Benji is also sweating on the fitness of hooker Api Koroisau (hamstring) and Latu Fainu (hamstring).
Fainu has been sent for scans to determine the extent of the injury but isn’t expected to be sidelined long term.
The likes of Jake Simpkin are in contention to come onto the bench.
