Am I missing something with Bateman's scores? At lock last season he appears to have averaged 43 on footystats

If I remember rightly it played out like this:

RD14: he shifted to the middle early in the Raiders game
RD15: he was then named at #12 but actually played 80 minutes at lock for a 65
RD16: he got a 53 playing Lock against the Storm
RD18: he got an early shower in an absolute pummeling by the Cowboys

Then at some point after that he ended up shifting back to an Edge so it is a fairly small sample size but he definitely passed the eye test as I was a bitter iPap owner who Bateman outscored near enough every game.

He may end up back playing on an Edge but he's 114k cheaper than what he started the year so it's a punt I am willing to take.

If I sell Lussick I need to play Levi. If I sell Levi I need to play Lussick. It’s the shit team paradox.

Bunty out until Rd 12, so Barnett stays in the middle. Niukore out until Rd 14. Capewell and Jazzy both indefinite. Laban could be a safe cow over some of the others.

Biggest omission from my TLT list for sure and good shout from Pacey’s a good judge with a keen eye.

All comes down to getting any Capewell news at all

Laban - Problem with Capewell being ranked "indefinite" is that indefinite can also mean one week. It's not definite.

Gray - Unknown job security after two weeks. Those two weeks are Storm and Panthers. Midget. Back in bottom two team.

Armstrong - Could be third choice? Back in bottom four team.

Atkinson - Unknown playing window depending on how seriously Cronulla take drug offences having won a premiership that way

Alaimalo - To'a still to come back, would need to go well to keep spot. Could go well, I guess. But still Wests winger.

Sanders - Moses probably a while away but two bad Eels games and he's out. Strong possibility of two bad Eels games.

*Edit* I forgot Kaeo Weekes, but lol no

Oh forum, guide me on the correct path:

TU: Walsh, Blore, Weekes (no centre coverage)
    TD: Walsh, Katoa (HLF), Chester

Bateman named lock actually has me cooler on him. Was 100% set if he was second row, now would like to see that he's not getting 55 minutes or whatever. Will maybe pivot to Blore as Bateman's price not getting out of hand next week anyway.

Haven't seen it mentioned but is Carty injured or dropped. Matto in a couple of weeks could be an insane bargain.

I read Trindall court date is 4 weeks away so that would seem to give him 4 weeks minimum.

Anyone else thinking of selling Salmon to bring in one of Weekes or Armstrong? Means I could upgrade Flanagan to a Bateman or Plath

When is Preston due back? I'd keep him until then.

Weekes or Armstrong both seem like poor choices imo.

I like Weekes but as a correction of a Chevy Talagi type player that is stinking out your 21

If you’ve survived this long with Salmon just hold now he has the edge spot. Bury on the bench and be happy to have a 35-40pt MID/EDG DPP backup

Preston is due back after the bye. I'm holding Salmon since his BE is still decent and might go back to LK. If he's benched or something next week, I'll think about cashing out.

Hmm yeah fair call. Not sure about Preston,I think it’s more a case of me just looking for a cashout so I can get rid of Flanagan and Salmon is the obvious one that’s sticking out to me. Could be a case of holding trades this week?(Not used to this at all)

    54k bank

    Grant
    Cotter Smithies May
    Angus KPP
    Cleary SJ
    Strange Iro
    Papy Turbo Chester

    Cheese
    Waddell
    Galvin
    Piakura

    Salmon
    Hughes
    Flanagan
    Talau

Could actually just bring in Brailey for Flanagan but not sure who I would play him for?

I'm also holding Salmon because Foggy and Tatola are obvious outs. Flanno pretty much too. If you can go gun and cow with Salmon and Flanno, it should be worth it.
