Cobbo at CTR is a great example of how Latrell at CTR could work well. They get the ball to him a lot and he comes looking for it early in the set. Both have similar playing styles. It still works for fantasy too

Did you watch any footy before 2020? Are you aware of how bloody good Latrell is at centre?

hey bro i'ts all good i seriously had no more to say about it cause it took us off footy talk...it's a nothing story anyway if he wins good on him

If you have another 8/10 fullback to replace him it's probably good for the team, but I don't think Gray is that good

    I agree with this

More important to have a 8/10 FB than a 10/10 CTR IMO

Don’t see moving Latrell makes Souths better. Unless there’s broader cultural things. Which many believe about Latrell for various reasons but nobody actually knows first hand.

He’s probably still the 2nd best centre in the game, even not playing there

First I posted something fantasy related on page 51. Now I've done it during the forum's mandated debate time. Could be fronting up to the NRLFF judiciary any day now...

It appears everyone is thinking along the same lines but deciding between Bateman and Blore is tricky, on one hand Bateman plays R19 and has a history of being a 53ish average and doesn't require overall team performance to bolster his scoring but on the other hand this gives me vibes of buying I Pap last year when he was 'discounted' and unfortunately spent the majority of the year being discounted.

Then you have Blore, doesn't play R19 but it is his last BYE for the year whereas Bateman has the R26 BYE and is 19k more expensive. But it's hard to gauge where he's going to average, could be anywhere from 45-55+ but if I had to put a number on it I would say 52.

    Tricky.

FWIW: I think Armstrong is going to kill it for the Knights going purely off what I saw in the trials

I wonder which clubs would want him if they had to play him a fullback?

Dogs, Titans, Tigers? Maybe Dragons but Flanagan seems to love Sloan.

Dogs would probably be the front runner there.

Walsh, CNK on my list.. anyone else I should look at even if it's a 3 week punt

Think I'm getting Walsh (for Ponga). I'm hoping to be able to cover rd13 anyway.

Should I get Ted or Turbo instead? Turbo highly owned, think I'd rather punt on Walsh or Ted.

Fog, Lussick, Cheese ---> Cleary, Grant, JBrailey

    TU - of course
TD - hold your trades, you mug!

We tried Bateman at lock a few times last year without success, including the 74-0 drubbing. Hopefully this time is different? I think the thing most likely to bring him undone though is himself. Hes a real hot head and Benji has him toned down for now but i can see him doing something stupid and screwing this opportunity. I hope not, but being a wests tigers supporter I am also forced to be a pessimist.

Thanks for the info. The supporter pessimism is familiar on Aston Villa forums even though we're flying at the moment. Decades of mediocrity has made some people afraid to be hopeful

Seems like a decent upgrade to me. Lussick and Cheese could be held though. Especially if you don't have Hynes for a captain. Even if you do, decent upgrade. Unless you've max traded, then a bit iffy. But I like the trades.
