Think I'm getting Walsh (for Ponga). I'm hoping to be able to cover rd13 anyway.

Should I get Ted or Turbo instead? Turbo highly owned, think I'd rather punt on Walsh or Ted.

I'm learning towards Walsh if I go for someone in the 600ks. Though I am tempted to grab Hynes + Chester (have Cleary) Fogarty + salmon would be getting traded out

Then you have Blore, doesn't play R19 but it is his last BYE for the year whereas Bateman has the R26 BYE and is 19k more expensive. But it's hard to gauge where he's going to average, could be anywhere from 45-55+ but if I had to put a number on it I would say 52.

    Tricky.

FWIW: I think Armstrong is going to kill it for the Knights going purely off what I saw in the trials

I concur , he looked pretty sharp in the trials.

    Looking at doing

Smith  Russell  Fog >>>>> JBrailey  Piakura  Cleary

Running the gun pair in the halves feels so right.

Smith >>Brailey is a luxury, but a nice cash grab.  I'll take a hit in RD 16 atHOK but at least only 13 play, as someone pointed out today.,

I spent 4 trades by not holdind Cleary and Piakura.

    I must learn patience.

    Or the force.

EDIT No need for The Smith Brails trade.

On the Bateman/Fainu question, I wouldn't mind waiting a week on seeing how it plays out. Neither are going to get away in price, could be worth seeing what the roles are. If you need the warm body this week I think it's probably worth a punt

God damn I'm close to the beautiful 6996 palindrome reputation. Palindrome's are the grammatical version of a sexual 69 as well.

But I upvoted you to 707, a less impressive palindrome admittedly

I need a WFB to play 17 this week and only have 22k ITB.

TU: Trade Talagi to a shitto, likely Armstrong
TD: Trade out Dylbags to get Walsh

3rd option: play 16 and get teddy/Garrick next week after price drops

If your WFB is Paps, Chester, CNK, with no cover…and your edges are KPP & Gus with Salmon as cover.

    would you grab:

TU: Walsh (hopefully make some coin and good scores - manage through origin)
TD: Blore (grab him while he’s still a value play)
