Cows haven't peaked, got enough green dots. Could bring in another elite gun of course, but ehhhh.

Same - and this is a great week to look at all the cheapies and see where there's real value.

Shame about Fuller - felt like a punt there. But Kris->Fuller is too sideways.

Hoping Dylan Brown can close the gap with Hynes in the next few weeks.

I'm starting to wonder if I should just make no trades also.

Hutch clearly needs to go but I only have $30k itb, so no single trade that I like. Fainu maybe. Would be great if Laban is an option.

Cook and Api are both concerns but feel like I'll trade the wrong one. Will look stupid when Cook only plays 50mins but BE is 45 and nagging feeling is that he has a great game and re establishes himself as sole hooker. Maybe that doesn't happen if Mamouzelos is the future.

Sorensen I want but also could wait until next week.

If I make no trades I have 18 green dots, looping Piakura and Chevy.

Hmm. I'll probably succumb to trading Cook.

Happy with my trades this week. Getting rid of some dead wood and bolstering my bench a little. R13 looking not bad also, hoping Robson avoids NSW selection (api, cook, Egan in the frame).

Elliot, Flanno, Fogarty > Haas, Walsh, Piakura

    Robson
    May Smith Haas
    KPP Angus
    Cleary Brown
    Iro Chester
    Pappy Turbo Walsh

    Galvin Piakura Fine Salmon
    Chan Strange SHughes Kiraz.

Yeah hooker is a shocker. I got Brailey last week and still have Lussick. Think I'll just hold Lussick until Brailey's bye and then he can become a rd13 half.

    Tend to agree.

    Before trades:

    BS9
    Carrigan Harris Terrell
    Crichton KPP
    Hynes(C) Brown
    Strange Iro
    Turbo Papy Chevy
    R Smithies Lussick Galvin Piakura
    E Finefeuuaki Salmon Kiraz Burbo

As mentioned considering S Fainu in for Lussick and see what happens..

Having to play Chevy isnt ideal but hope he bounces back with a 30+, don't really like any other options anyway. Would be nice to get Walsh but he's a bit out of reach with my trade out options.

Ponga and Flanno to AFB and Fainu for $0 cost seems to be a sign

I obviously hate playing Levi and Stewart. If it wasn’t doggies bye, I’d be playing 2 of those 3.

Players I’d happily move on cheese, pappy, Levi, May. But just can’t find a good enough replacement option. A lot feels sideways, or require a cash out trade. Way too early for that behaviour.

    Smith
    May, smithies, hopgood
    Kpp, Angus
    Cleary, Galvin
    Strange, penis.
    Papy, turbo, Chester

    Egan, piakura, Levi, Stewart

    Hughes, salmon, Curran, talagi

Yeah I thinking holding a decent plan there.

Oh just seen Finefeuiaki is joining Dolphins next year.

Perhaps a worry for us owners this year when Luki comes back

    Seems like there's endless options this week the more you look at it, but as others have stated, none of the cheapies really look appealing.  I'm on a few options this week.  Both include trading out Ponga and Hutch;

    1.  Cleary and 260K or less cheapie.  Gray, Atkinson, Labar, who bloody knows.  Kills team depth and playing with fire.  Means I'm running Chevy and Levi.

    2.  Walsh and Nikora/Plath.  Walsh I think can go on a run and Nikora or Plath offer decent options that can be held long term in the 14-21.  Plath plays 13 too, but no 14.

    3. May and Bateman/Soro.  Getting two Panthers to lock up round 13 and 14 is nice, but Bateman probably a better long term option.  Who knows which May will return also.  Might be ready to rip back in.

All of these still include holding Lussick but I just can't justify three trades.  I think so many teams are going to get caught out later in the year that some weeks 17 green dots might be the safer play long term.

Am I mad for running 16 this week and doing McInnes > Piakura?

Just feel like McInnes is about to start bleeding cash, and Piakura is about to start making serious coin.

My other alternative is trading Campbell to Piakura, but I really like the idea of holding Campbell for post 13.

What position would you be playing short in? Or just short on bench? If running without a centre I could get on board.

Fair enough, a HIA explains that one low game.

That's a lot of rounds to hold Campbell through. A couple short-term injuries or suspensions coupled with Eels/Raiders bye week and you might need to trade him out anyway and you'd be kicking yourself playing with 16 for that result.

I'd 100% flick him to Piakura.
